We have a "usual", which includes the chicken kursi - this is pieces of chicken in a minced lamb/keema sauce, which is absolutely delicious and isn't a dish I've seen as standard on Indian takeaways. The rice is properly pilau (rather than trying to pass off white rice instead) and the garlic naan is ridiculously good. Now none of these are the "blow your head up" sort of heat that some people are looking for, but we very much enjoy it as that isn't what we're looking for. I've never eaten in the restaurant itself, but have only ordered via their website (and previously via Just Eat) for home delivery. This in itself is meant to take 50 minutes but often arrives quicker than that. The only problem is that we feel bad sometimes for ordering too frequently! :)

The annoying indo- pakistani videos playing on the TV were the only source of music available until he gets the new speaker system installed. Votive candles on each table and a large mirror on the empty wall would do much to improve the lack of ambiance and give the place a larger feel... super friendly owner who was very open to all these ideas and if he follows through I look forward to a return on my next trip... Very good service and good mains but both could use a slight tweaking of the flavours by an experienced chef but definately on the right track... looking forward to next time! Crisco
