As I had several meetings with coworkers I didn't feel comfortable working from a cafe. I messaged Maria on the 4th of July, and she promptly got back to me and agreed to meet me at the space on the 5th! It's in a great location in downtown, Butte, with a fantastic coffee shop in the same building on the ground floor (Oro Fino), and lots of food options nearby. Street parking is easy if you're ok with parking about 2 blocks away on the streets without the 2-hour limit. Otherwise, there's a large parking structure next door to the coworking space that charges $1.00/ hour (in July 2022). The space is small, but neat, with a small communal kitchen area with tea/ coffee, a mini-fridge and toaster. When I was there I got to pick from a number of desk spaces. Wifi is strong and steady and there are even some small space fans if you start to feel a little warm. There's a conference room for taking calls if you want more privacy, and you're also able to use the printer if needed. All in all, a fantastic place to work from, if only for a day.

Everyone I met was so creative, funny, kind, and awesome. I didn't take many photos because I was so caught up in talking with people and working and checking out the space.

My experience with Montana Crestview was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Communication was…read moreconsistently poor, and I felt treated with a lack of basic respect and transparency. After my eviction -- which I acknowledge -- I was shocked to be charged for what appeared to be general maintenance or upgrades to the apartment. I shared my experience in a review, and Montana Crestview sent me a cease and desist letter threatening legal action unless I took it down. In my opinion, this was an attempt to silence criticism. I believe potential tenants should be aware of how Montana Crestview handles both tenant relations and public feedback. This is my opinion of my experience with Montana Crestview and I stand by it.

I lived at Crestview for about 4 years. Everything was exceptional except for the "hands off"…read moremanaging team. Don't waste your time with a phone call. There is no way to contact a manager or employee in any urgent matter. This created a lot of issues during the move out process. Throughout my entire move out process, I had to continuously ask via email what documents were required to sign. Every week there was a new document in the portal that I somehow "missed". At one point, my roommate was told that I was missing more paperwork. Crestview had no clue what I was talking about until I emailed them a screenshot of what my roommate was told. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. Two days before the lease expired, I asked Crestview if there was anything else I needed to sign. They told me no and that they would let me know if anything came up. Great! Until the next day. I received a random text saying that unless MORE paperwork was signed within 3 hours, I would be automatically enrolled into another year lease. I was frantic at my job trying to sort through exactly what needed to be done. This also put stress on my co-signer, who was also receiving texts and emails regarding missing signatures. Every time the portal app refreshed, a new document would appear. This entire process was extremely misleading, frustrating, and difficult. I wanted to write a good review for Crestview, I did enjoy my time living there. The maintenance team is fantastic, the landscapers do a stunning job, and I love seeing neighbors dogs and cats. However, the managing team absolutely ruined it. They never apologized for the inconveniences and confusion. Every email was rude and inconsiderate. Notice all the lovely 5 star reviews? Yeah, I don't need your money. Good luck everyone!
