Missoula We stayed on 5/4/2021.  We arrived late and the front desk was very, very friendly and got us checked in quickly.  What an adorable room!  It was very large, very clean, and very comfortable (my use of "very" is intentional!).  The owners have much to be proud of here, and I relayed that sentiment in the morning.  This property is in the top 5 of all our stays on The Epic 2021 Road Trip.  Would stay again?  Absolutely. Grade:  A

Nothing to complain about here! Especially for the price! Clean room, good shower, lots of TV channels. Slept really well, no sounds from other rooms. (until the morning when some super thoughtful men decided to stand right in front of our window and have a 20 minute chat about the Griz game the previous night...sounded like they were actually in our room.) Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Location is a bit far from the bar we needed to be at, and we couldn't get a cab so we walked an hour each way - but that's not the hotel's fault! Only problem with the room was the smell - it was a smoking room (all that was available unfortunately) so it was a little yucky. But whatever, nothing crazy.

Brooks St. Motor Inn Missoula,Mt. J and I had to stop due to me being very sick and this is the only place that wasn't $400+ a night with 1 room available that took 2 dogs. We had bugs in our rooms. I called the office and the sweet girl up front said she'd give me big spray because I asked for some. I DID NOT request a refund or even get out of line. I went outside to meet her halfway and an old woman asked me what I was doing and what I needed because the lobby was closed. She immediately had an attitude with me. I told her I was the person coming to get the bug spray and she said they didn't have any but she was going to give me something. So I walked over and she said "where are the bugs now" and I said "we killed them there in the trash" .. cause why would we just keep them? She then said we "should not have done that because now there was no proof of them". I told her the bugs were still in the trashcan and that I took a picture and she snickered and said "of course you did". I said "why are you being rude" and she said show me the picture. When I showed her I zoomed in on the bug because it was a picture I took of a bug on the ceiling and she was old and had glasses on and she said "of course that picture is enlarged and magnified"...? I said "ok and a bug is still a bug!?" She told me I had no proof so I said goodnight and walked away before things escalated. I went back to the room and decided to pull the bugs out of the trashcan to bring them to her so she didn't think I was making it up. All I wanted was some bug spray or the bugs gone. When I walked outside and started walking towards the lobby I could hear her talking to the younger girl about how all I had was a picture of a bug and how I was full of it. When she heard me she stopped talking about me and started walking away and I said "here's the bugs I brought them for you to see ". She said "What do you want me to do about it? Go back to your room and keep smoking." At that point she really pis*ed me off and I said "What are you even talking about ? I have cancer, I don't smoke." And she said "Then why are you in a smoking room ? Why did you book a smoking room?" I said " I was originally put in a smoking room because I called last minute and it was the only thing available so I took it. When I arrived the girl at the desk told me there was a cancellation and that we could have a non-smoking room so we took the non-smoking room." After that she didn't have much to say besides "That's your fault. You booked the room and that's what you get ." I said "Why should I have to get a room that has f***ing bugs in it and nothing gets done about it. People don't book rooms for the bugs ." She then told me don't cuss at her and I would be kicked out if I said the F word again. So I left and went back to our big infested room. When I checked out today and told the guy at the desk , he was really nice about it but only really said "yeah I know what bugs you're talking about" and said he would talk to the woman about the things she had said. The staff , aside from the old woman, is very friendly and the rooms are clean besides the bugs. I doubt anything will be done because it's a family ran business. I did take pictures and videos of the 10 bugs we found around the room and got the entire room on video so "I'm not lying about it" and I will be going to every social media platform that I can to let everyone know of our horrible experience we had and posting the pictures/videos. Brooks St Motor Inn photos are from videos I took since I can't post videos here

This was not my favorite motel. The room is really dated but mostly clean. One chair was badly stained, there were only two towels and one face cloth. If you can choose a room, ask for one facing west, the curtains do a poor job keeping the morning sun out. The motel is near a very busy road, we kept the a/c fan on, which helped to mask the road noise very well. The carpet and vinyl flooring was newer and clean. The coffee and muffins were good in the morning. The bed, pillows and sheets were fine. There are several restuarants within walking distance. We were charged $70 plus tax but thru an internet site the room was $65 plus tax.

Cheap motel that met expectations. Furniture and decor is old, shower head was a harsh fire-hose, and plastic over the lamps. We showed up late at night, got in, slept, and got out all for $50. The free wifi was a nice touch. I would have rated it higher but the baseboard heaters were stuck on which kept the place too hot. The broken shower head is a cheap fix, even for a hotel with limited budget for repairs.

Outstanding value for the money. Older slightly shop-worn motel but perfectly acceptable. Comfortable, clean, pleasant competent staff.

This is a fine, clean, low-cost motel with wifi, right on Highway 12. Reasonable prices, good location. A little dated but well worth it.

Employees were all pleasant and extremely accommodating. We checked in about 10pm for a one night…read morereservation, so did not have an opportunity to explore amenities such as the gym, laundry facilities, pool or outside patio relaxation areas that have inviting cozy fire pits. This Hilton property is newer, maybe two years old. Homewood Suites has fully stocked kitchenette's including a full sized refrigerator, stove top induction burner, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, drink ware, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, Kleenex , extra roll of Angel Soft toilet paper, etc. The room was spotless, including the appliances. The king sized bed and room were thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities such as an upholstered chair and matching settee with foot rest, light fixtures, tables, desk/work area, LED lighted mirror over the bathroom sink basin. Plenty of electrical outlets, and storage cubbies and drawers and hangers, ironing board with iron and hair dryer. This was a king sized ADA reservation and my husband had ample enough room for easy maneuverability for his large motorized wheelchair. The floors were a newer style of an engineered vinyl like plank flooring. Esthetically appealing and easy to clean. Shower was nice. Small lip to step over. We had requested a shower chair with our reservation that was not in the room when we arrived. However, the front desk gal had just come on shift was more than happy to find one and accommodate us. While I was unpacking the car she met me and told me that she had left the shower chair next to the outside of our hotel room door. Service with a smile goes a long way! She was so nice!! They do serve a hot breakfast from 6 AM to 10 AM Monday through Friday. Weekend hours I honestly did not pay attention to. Today was a Monday and they had biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage links that were cooked perfectly. Two variations of scrambled eggs. One was plain scrambled eggs that were nice and fluffy. The other was scrambled eggs with bits of sausage pieces. There were tortillas, verde and red salsas, Cholula, Tapatio, Tobasco, cotilla & Colby Jack cheeses with cooked chorizo. They also had pancakes and French toast and waffles that you can make yourself with all of the accoutrements. There were individually Ziploc packages of two peeled, hard-boiled eggs, Yoplait 4 oz yogurt selections, bread and pastry selections, four cold cereal selections, overnight oats with chia seeds that appeared quite thick. Milk, 3 juice selections that consisted of peach nectar, apple juice, and orange juice. There was a pitcher of ice water, fresh hot regular and decaffeinated coffees, hot water with a nice assortment of tea bags and Nestle hot cocoa packets. Overall, an elevated breakfast buffet that the price was included in the reservation. I will applaud the housekeeping staff. They work so hard and diligently with attention to detail. I always inspect the room upon check in before unpacking my family. Not a single human or pet hair was seen on any linens, towels, sinks, shower, or toilet, and the hand towel was folded with a pocket that had a fanned out cute washcloth. Very nice welcome on the side of the bathroom vanity. Great experience for this reservation! Mattress was comfortably firm and supportive. Pillows were soft yet supportively medium firm.,Homewood Suites of Missoula, Montana....you all did a grand slam! It takes a village and every employee in every department obviously strives to deliver 5 star service. God bless you and yours!

We checked in late on both nights - after 10pm. It was smooth - the rooms were ready and no confusion. Two Queen bed room on both occasions. This is a well maintained Hotel by Hilton. The cleanliness is quite evident. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. The view was just great for the second night. Absolutely no complains about the stay. Staffs were super cool and friendly. The breakfast area is quite large and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the breakfast. The options are limited like any other Homewood suites. But we were really happy about the options. We hardly got a chance to explore the amenities to be honest. A lot of parking spots and very close to I-90. Based on our experience, this is a super good place to stay.
