Went for oil change, brought 7…read morelitres of very good engine oil Motul 8100 X-Clean LL-04 for my bmw 330d (left one litre to top up as I prefer not to overfill which is harmful for engine) and oil filter that appeared to be wrong and they informed me about it and ordered their own. 4 hours later! car was ready to collect and surprisingly they filled up with another 2 litres of their own "expensive" oil (mixed with my branded one) and did not even ask me or let me know before (I still had 1 extra litre). Charged me £47+vat for labour, £30 for 2 litres of unipart pro s1700 5w40 engine oil (!!!) and £15 for oil filter - £100 in total. Went to work straight away and next day checked oil level as 9 litres for 3.0d engine seemed to much. Took dipstick out and oil level was far away above max mark!. Got back there to drop it to right level between min and max on dipstick. No one was happy. Feel overcharged for two extra unnecessary litres of engine oil that one was dropped down next day and another could be replaced with my oil. Not happy that they mixed oils. No refund given or offered. Unprofessionally service, too expensive. Not recommended. If 2 litres of their engine oil is £30 so 9 litres (that amount they put in my car) is £135!!! plus 1h labour £54 and their non brand oil filter will be round £200!!!!!!!! For that price I would definitely go to BMW Sytner the get right amount of oil, OEM oil filter, genuine stamp in service book and my car would be clean after serviceing by them! Stay away from Jordan Motors!

David and his family business partner, picked up my car, methodically explored and correctly diagnosed the problem. They made every effort to reduce the total cost to me and went to great lengths to explain what they were doing. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstone of this business, There is one thing worse than an costly engine breakdown.. thats the feeling that it has been made more expensive by the garage.Thankfully I drove away assured that these "proper mechanics" had done a great job as cost effectively as possible. I then took it back for replacement where it again broke a shortly after. Finally the situation was resolved after the hassle, I had. I even had to tow the vehicle myself! I then decided to take my car there for a MOT as I had done previously and on this occasion I had a very bad experience. They assessed it and failed it on its MOT and they tried to charge me half an hour labour for apparently needing the clean the mechanism on my seat belt, well that's what the sales guy initially told me. Turns out that was a lie and it was just stuck behind my boot which took me 30 secs to resolve (they changed this on the paper work before I got there.). They also tried to charge me £19.00 for a wiper blade I can buy from any factors for £4.00 and £10.00 for a bulb I can also buy for £4.00 myself. However after doing the work myself which also involved replacing a headlight I took it back for a free re test (that I had to negotiate for) and they told me they had to adjust the headlight aiming on both lights and re fit the headlight bulb I replaced. When I said can I just pop the headlight back in properly he angrily told me if you do that I will charge you for a full MOT! Which I found quite ridiculous and an excuse to charge me an additional labour cost. In the end for both popping a headlight in and adjusting the aiming on the headlights which took all of 5 mins (if that) as I watched him do it. They charged me £22.00. Most garages where you often take your car wouldn't normally charge for this at all. Avoid this company like the plague. I have had nothing but hassle with them and my family who also take their cars there won't be doing so anymore!

Have been going to this place a couple years , in particular to have work done on American Cars…read more Colin is so attentive and good at his job and very fair prices. Had the Chevvy 64 collected for its M.O.T today. Colin and his wife Liz came, obviously there a charge but only 30£ to collect and bring back. My son now goes here to have his car m.o.t'd....They keep you updated on all the work and will not try and diddle you too have more work done than needed, and will complete on the day that they state.....Love you guys !!!!
