After meeting with Jennifer Schwab the attorney with Baker law group I I told her I needed a…read moreprobate for a property that's in foreclosure and that I need help with the foreclosure as well. She said she could help with that so I hired her. At the in person meeting I gave her paperwork about the foreclosure, a death certificate, and showed her the paperwork that I had and gave her anything else she asked for at that time. She would later state that I didn't give her any information or paperwork. After paying almost $3,000 I got the probate completed and then she said I never asked or gave her any information about the foreclosure. She was extremely rude. She said she couldn't magically do it within 3 days although I gave her a month and a half. She never asked me for any further information that she needed or sent me invoices or information about what I needed to do until the day I fired her and she sent me four to six emails about the things I need to do. Then I had a problem getting a refund of the funds she didn't use out of the $3,000 and when I finally got it it was $160. I later needed a PR deed in order to sell the house and she refused stating that I had fired her and that she would not help. She ordered me to "cease and desist." This law firm is terrible and I would never recommend anybody using it.
