I'm going to say my experience with this dealership was... ok. Not great, not bad. This was my…read morefirst time dealing with a dealership of any kind, so while I don't have anything to compare it to, perhaps having fresh eyes is a good thing? The good: * Salesperson got back to be right away by email regarding my inquiry via Autotrader, and was polite, courteous. Additionally they quickly allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic on my own in Toronto with no fuss. Off to a good start! * The car was in amazing condition, and very well detailed * Great dealership, clean and fancy! Muffins! The Bad: * Sales manager said his wife was interested in buying my car. Cheap sales pressure? Even if it was true, why would I believe he would then negotiate in good faith? Either way I started to have a bad feeling about how things were going to progress. * We agreed on a discount on the vehicle, then they hit me with an "Admin Fee" which I felt was complete BS. In other words my discount was erased with this "Admin Fee". * The trade in value quoted to me was LESS than what I actually got, which further eroded any reduced price negotiated. In the end I came in at 1.6% discount vs listed price. I guess that's the game though. * I asked for written details of the "Admin Fee" several times, including the sales person and the office administrator, didn't get anything * I asked for a copy of ALL documents I signed, only had a selection of them mailed to me * One wasted trip- asked to come in on a Saturday to do paperwork, but in reality I resigned the SAME paperwork at time of pickup. The explanation? "We needed you to sign that so we could start the work on your car" That cost me 3 hours of my time driving back and forth. * I didn't receive my vehicle permit until I asked for it a day later (honest mistake, but come on). Additionally it didn't have a sticker, so I guess I have to go buy one now? So in the end I bought the car, and am enjoying it thoroughly, but I believe that really had more to do with the original owner taking great care of it rather than anything to do with the dealership.

I do not recommend these guys for any services whatsoever. All you get is one problem after…read moreanother. They don't fix things fully until you must pay for them yourself. Here's my story I bought a used 2019 Serria Denali 3 years and 1 month ago, paid in full. I had Jason for a sales rep at the time. The truck had a few problems that needed to be fixed as most used vehicles do. So, I bought the extended 3-year warranty as well just in case. In the sales transaction that took place I was told that these problems would get fixed. My drivers side running board wasn't working and there were a few scratches along both sides that need to get buffed out. Nothing else major just a few safety stuff like brakes and tires also. I was also told that my air filters will be changed and that I could have a touch up marker (which I got) as well. Upon picking up my truck I noticed the scratches still looked like crap. Didn't argue just got my truck and left. I buffed them out when I got home easily so my guess is they didn't even try (disappointing) but if they did try all I got to say is wow don't go there for body work!! A month after getting the truck my driver's side running board stopped working. The one they FIXED! So, I let it be for a bit because of my frustration with them and in the meantime, I bought winter tires and rims from them. The tires seemed great at first until my speed got over 80kms as I felt a small shake in my steering wheel, my tires weren't balanced 100% correct. Close but not there. I don't drive my truck a lot so whatever right. I did mention something the next time I was in for an oil change, but it was spring and tires where off. SO let talk about this oil change, was told that my air filters need to be changed which was a shock to me as it's only been about 10 to15k kms since I bought the truck and they replaced them at the start. Well, I guess they didn't. I refused the overpriced filters as it takes less then 5 mins to do it yourself and half the price. When I got home to look at the air filters, I noticed my brake fluid cap was missing. They lost it. Drove back up with my other truck to get it. Was lied to and told they didn't touch it at all but will replace it for free. Give me a break any good mechanic / shop will check and refill all your fluids if need be. No need to lie over a brake fluid cap. Lost total trust in their abilities to do any kind of good work at Bennett GM shop at this time. Over the next little bit, I brought my truck into a different shop to get timing belt / pully done as well as another oil change. Now my 3-year warranty is about to run out so I need to get that running board fixed for once, so I must bring it back to Bennett for this. Let see if they can restore my trust and faith in their ability to do good work. Got an oil change and my running board fixed finally so I thought. One month after I see an oil stain on my driveway at the back of my running board. I look and oil was everywhere so I thought it was just oil spray to help lube the parts. I wiped all the excess oil off, and a month later there was another stain on my concrete driveway. So, I went back to Bennett right away as I knew my warranty was done but it was a problem with my running board that they still didn't fix. Apparently because I refused to get the running board fixed earlier (due to my trust on their ability to do good work, can you blame me!) the motor of my running board sized up a bit and now is leaking oil and will cost me just over $2k to get replace. So, I will be taking my future business and repairs to another place. Some one that take pride and care in their work.

This dealership is the worst I have ever seen of any car brand in 44 years. We were recommended to…read moretake our Ford Freestyle there for a starting problem and they had it for 5 days, did a huge repair that cost us $852 and the truck still would not start, then did a computer repair and that fixed the starting issue, however our traction light is now on, our power locks don't work and other issues related to the computer. We spend over $1600 and 5 days (they would not give us a loaner or even a ride home after we paid the first repair and it would not start to take it home) Service Manager there is so rude, when we tried talking to him, he told us he didn't know anything about it and we need to deal with the parts people only. The same vehicle in your garage for 5 days, you would think as a manager you might notice that and think there is a problem. We already know that Ford dealerships have a book rate for labour cost (in other words if it takes 1 hour to fix a problem, they will charge you 2 if the book says that repair takes 2 hours)...we know this and that was never an issue. We felt we could trust a Ford Dealership to fix our Ford vehicle and we were very wrong. So back to our trusted independent mechanic. And off to court to sue Ridgehill to get some of our money back!!! BEWARE....

I was told on one of the visits a year ago that I needed a front end alignment. Strange, I never had it done and no one has mentioned it again. As the tires do not have abnormal wear I am happy I never did spend the money to have it done. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Ridgehill. The only issue I do have is that when I do come into town, an hour away, if anything needs checking to be able to have it checked out then not a week or 2 weeks from then. All in All very content with the service and your advisers are very pleasant to deal with.

Avoid Doing Your Auto Service Work at Cambridge Toyota…read more On April 4, 2026, I had my vehicle 2020 Camry to Cambridge Toyota to do maintenance service #2. Following service items easily followed up by customers after service done, which are including in the service package, were not performed at all while I picked the vehicle up, but Cambridge Toyota fully charged me the service prices of the service package. 1. "Remove & inspect cabin air filter" Finding: I used a piece of transparent tape to seal a small area of the cabin air filter cover after last service. After this service, the tape is still intact and over the place. That means no body took the cabin air filter out from its place to do inspection during this service 2. "Remove & inspect engine air filter" Finding: I used a piece of transparent tape to seal a small area of the engine air filter box after last service. After this service, the tape is intact and still over the place. That means no body opened the engine air filter box to inspect the filter during this service. 3. "Lubricate locks, latches and hinges". Finding: door locks and hinge area are still covered by dust and dusty spots, there is no signs of cleaning up or covering by fresh liquid lubricant spray (see attached photos). 4. "Remove wheels & visually inspect brake pads, calipers, rotors, brake lines and hoses". While the advisor asked me any concerns, I reported potential rear brake griding noise. The service found "rear outboard pads metal on metal", and it charged me extra $84.98 plus tax, which is supposed to be done and including in the service package.
