Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.

Purchasing real estate is often the biggest investment a person will make in their life. Adam will…read moremake that experience enjoyable and take all of the stress out of the process. You will not find an agent that is more knowledgeable or who is as involved in the whole process. I made my purchase from 1,200 miles away and I had complete confidence in Adam the entire time. He will work with you for as long as it takes to find the perfect property for your needs, and he will always put your interests first. I will recommend Adam to anyone purchasing real estate. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Adam, went above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor would do. I needed to paint my house…read moreand I figured I would be told yes it does need to be painted but instead Adam said let me know when you want to paint and I'll come help. With his help we got it done in one day. I liked the fact that when he was talking with you face to face he would let a text or phone call wait and keep his focus on you, that is rare in this day and age. Even the closing agent told me more than a couple of times she always enjoys working with Adam as he is very through and has all his ducks in a row which makes the closing process seamless. Adam in my opinion is by far one of the best agents to work with and plan to get back with him again when I plan to purchase a couple of additional lots after my home is built.

We don't even know where to start with this review. We contacted Becky Borci to sell our vacation…read morehome after we let go another realtor. We reached out to Becky and her team for a couple of reasons - one, they lived in our same neighborhood and two, they were excellent salespeople when we talked to them. Our primary home is another state due to health issues for both my husband and I. At the time of listing we were explicit in our expectations being 2000 miles away and we were assured that we had "nothing to worry about". That was the furthest from the truth. Several, and I mean several, times we had to contact them after an open house because lights were left on, doors were left unlocked, blinds were left open, etc. Basic instructions on how to leave our home were ignored and definitely not respected. We also had to call them a few times because we would notice people there on our security camera. We would call Joe Borch (Becky's husband) and at one point his response was "I have no idea who's there"!!!! They had no idea and no positive control to who had access to our home - that's a problem!!! Another huge issue was that Joe was working more for the buyers of our home than he was for us - and we told him that. He immediately got defensive and raised his voice - hmmm?? He then asked us to provide a one year warranty on all of our appliances - FOR THE BUYERS!!!!! He was representing us!!!!! We immediately told him absolutley not because with the discounted price on the listing and the discount on a house full of furniture (they purchased our home furnished) it came to about $30k. During this whole process we would receive requests from Joe that was benefitting the buyers - not us, his clients. We NEVER ONCE met Becky - the one I spoke with and signed up with. We had to force meeting Joe, and his brother, in person. We paid this company close to $35k in commission and we got screwed!!!! I was consistently posting our home on social media sites to get action- I hardly ever saw any from their end other than a couple of the open houses. Their answer was for us to just lower the price so that it refreshes on the MLS. On the open houses - they would have other agents cover at times (who would bring their family members to stay there with them) and we would have zero attendees. We also discovered that during the time of the open houses we had hours and hours of tv watched during the open house hours and streaming services downloaded. So we paid them close to $35k to watch and download movies/shows while they were at our house. Makes us seriously wonder what else they did??? We would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this company unless you want absent realtors, realtors who have no clue who's in your home and don't give you the respect of at least meeting you, realtors who push for the buyers or sellers - that is opposite of what you hire them for, etc. We closed last week and we STILL have yet to receive a thank you. We were at the house and they didn't even make an attempt to come and say good bye and thank us for going with them. Pretty sad considering they live in the same neighborhood. HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE team (other than Susan their assistant - she was amazing!!!). A team that should have been used car salesmen rather than realtors. Very disappointed!!!
