Then, I saw a pack of the replacement tips for the device that comes in a 3 pack. They had them sort of hidden on a shelf behind the counter put up way high and upside-down. I pointed them out as to say, see? These go w the device. He acted as if it was the device. I explained it was not, but an accessory. Then, I noticed they were open and 2 tips were gone which leads me to believe they're opening packs of 3 and selling them singularly at a higher price. I left politely. Terrible management. They were rude and treated me as a nuance instead of a costumer ready to spend over 100 on a product. I will never shop there again.
