I've visited many a Walmart and this one is above average. It's clean and well stocked. I'm glad it's a Supercenter because I can buy pretty much anything I need from oil to corn on the cob. My parents have a cottage that is 15 minutes from this store, which is very convenient. I love the consistency of Walmarts products. If I can buy something at my home Walmart, I can count on it being in stock at a remote Walmart too. On my most recent visit, I bought oil, water, beef for hamburgers, hamburger buns, lettuce, tomato, a garbage can, garbage bags, and a few kitchen utensils. Now when I visit my parents' cottage, I don't feel like I'm in the middle of nowhere. This store is going to be my go to place for shopping for a long time. read more

I've been trying to order all week over five days cannot order through the app or through walmart.com called customer service numerous times and get the runaround. I guess the Walton family only cares if you come in the store to spend money. read more

What's worse than Walmart, their customers. First let me say that I am a smoker, that doesn't mean I'm one of those inconsiderate people that blows smoke in your face. I am a polite smoker, I go outside away from people and go out of my way to find an ashtray or butt stop. However, on this day, walking towards Walmart there was not a place to put out the cigarette. So I put it on the ground and stepped on it. In the mean time, I was singled out by a lady who took it on herself to chastise me not to put my "butts on the ground." I was perplexed after that, where did she expect me to put it? Was I to hold it and carry it around inside the store? Possibly contaminate produce while holding a cigarette butt in my hand? Anyway, enough about the customers. The store is your conventional setup. Big selection, cheaper prices than most places. But for once this store had more cash registers open and it was a breeze to make it through the store at a fast pace. read more

The employees in the Deli Department do not know the difference between "thin sliced" meat and "chopped meat"! There really is a difference! I quest I will have to continue to get my lunch ment at Reisbecks in Cambridge, Oh and other corners of the world! read more

Appalled at no masks! I don't have a problem with Walmart, at Cambridge Ohio, in general. However, I went shopping at this store this afternoon and was appalled at the number of people not wearing masks. My guess was 3% of the customers had masks. Sometimes people have to be told how to be responsible! Costco gets it! We are in a serious pandemic! Costco has the guts! to require masks to protect their employees as well as all there customers! NO MASK, NO SHOP, NO EXCEPTIONS! They are putting people before profits. Walmart could learn from a corporation who really cares!!!!! read more

Today at 12;54 pm, ID #7LIFXQ14B35L................Watch out for the discounted item as they may ring up at the full price. I purchased six herbal plants that had signage for 2.88 but I was charged $3.58. After waiting 20 minutes to purchase these with my groceries, I was then prompted to go into a long service line for my $4.20 credit. I seen the error at the register, and called it to the check out clerks attention...she did nothing to assist. The long line behind me, as a courtesy to others...I bit the bullet. I figured that I will call them and get the credit back to my card...wrong again! They want me to drive 15 miles ASAP for the $4.20 credit even though the receipt has all of the pertinent information. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and CAN"T TRUST THE PRICE TAGS. Amazon can do better than this! read more

Woke up on a Saturday. Turned on TV. Nothing. Went through checks, decided TV was dead. Checked Cambridge Wal-Mart. Yep, they have the 50 inch I want. Drove to store went to back to check out TVs. 4 Employees around desk most of time but some time only one. Went down line of TV's. Mine not on display. Went back up the line standing on lower rack to see top row manufacturers. Nope. Went back down row physically pulling out ever boxed TV on lower rack. Nothing behind most. Got my cell phone out and pulled up Wal-Mart internet store. Went out of my way to flash it to the "employees". Acted like they didn't even see me. I left with a renewed lack of interest in all of Wal-Mart. Did order my TV from internet store. read more

OPEN MORE REGISTERS!!! I've worked.in retail before and its not that hard to put someone on a registers and if you don't have enough employees to do so hire more. Its that simple, you guys are a multi billion dollar company! They seem to never stock the shelves read more

Checkout workers are really nice but treated so badly by customers and staff. Horrible returns department! So rude. They do not restock often enough on a lot of items. Never have any deals on electronics. One of the worst walmarts in all of the states I have been to. read more

I asked an employee politely where can I find Castile soap she then rudely replied that they don't have any go online and look. So sometimes they put the soap in the natural section near skin care and I asked where that section is........nothing she ignored me, I'm a foot away from her so yes she can hear me. Ok so maybe she was having a bad day I'm not going to bother to ask why I'm being treated in such a manner. Then through out the store I'm getting looked at mind you I'm not wearing anything that would promote attention. I finally find the soap she said wasn't there. I pay for my items at the self check out and my fiancé scanned a few things with the gun and didn't bag them, then a Walmart employee came up to us and asked if we paid for those items. By this point I'm extremely disappointed at how we were treated. There was no reason to make accusations, keep in mind people should never judge by appearance but neither me nor my fiancé dressed like thugs or someone homeless so there is no excuse. This Walmart location, unlike some, seems to have a good selection of products and brands. Also unlike some, the aisles are wider and uncluttered. The typical Walmart crowds can be challenging at best, but this is one of the better Walmart's. read more

WalMart is under staffed and over burdened, low inventory and this makes it so that customer service can not and will not happen. I have been truly appalled at the behavior of several employees (including their upper management). I go out of my way to be in any store that isn't WalMart. read more

Okay. It's Walmart. I really don't have to go on about setups or prices because everyone has a Walmart around them. I will say it's cheaper than Zanesville's. We live in an area where the clientele are not always top notch. But again...Walmart. Aldi's is cheaper for most things. But, after years of having trouble price matching with this Walmart, I will say that it is now a breeze. It makes it nice when I can use prices from Kroger on their sale items and not drive all the way to Zanesville to get those prices. You could shop smarter and visit Aldi or something first for the best price and fill in gaps at Walmart. But sometimes it's nice paying a little more and pricematching what you can. Bad selection of clothes. I'd say 70-80% of the workers are wonderful. Don't ask anyone in the electronics department for advice though. They have no idea what they are talking about. The worst thing is that they NEVER have registers open. It takes 15 mins or more on average to checkout. This makes for a very stressful shopping trip. Especially in the first few days of every month. Make sure you never have to shop between the 1st until the 4th at least. read more
