I was mid road-trip and having pain in a muscle behind my left shoulder with no clear cause. I booked a 60 minute massage with Abby and thank goodness. Within the first ten minutes, she had released the tension that had been causing the pain. She went on to work on the area in question without any pain, just relief. She is incredibly intuitive. She found the other places that needed attention without my guidance. There was a bit of pain for a few hours after the massage, but nothing like before it. We resumed our trip and haven't felt pain since. If I lived here, I would see her weekly. read more

Said nothing about having to wear a mask WHILE getting your massage until you get there, after already being forced to prepay for the entire massage (This is being written well after the mask mandate FYI). Wouldn't give a refund. To make it worse, my gf still got her massage which she said was great, but then they charged her again immediately after (they kept her card info on file and ran it after she left). Either they're trying to scam you or they are so inept that they don't understand their own policy and that every person with an appointment already pre-payed. I don't know what's worse: being deceptive and trying to scam as much money out of you as they can without being noticed, or plain incompetence. read more

The lady walked in on me while changing and didn't leave the room and watched me change. I got on the bed with a towel and underwear on and she ripped the towel and underwear off of my body. She never asked before hand if I was comfortable with this and I was extremely nervous. The masseuse got ON TOP of the bed with me and straddled my naked body with her legs and i was very uncomfortable. I was never asked for a massage preference and it was very rough and unpleasant. When leaving a tip for the receipt the lady was very weird about me signing it. I attempted to pick the receipt up to look at it and she kept her hand pressed on it so she could watch me write the number for a tip. I tipped very well. As soon as I was done she took the paper and examined it and looked at me like I had not tipped enough. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She said I didn't need much which I thought was odd to say to someone that's paying you it doesn't matter what you think it's what I want. So I agreed to half a syringe in my lips and half in my corners of mouth and nasal folds which I barely have at 37... She starts poking my chin for what feels like forever then tells me I'm putting some here to give some projection (what?!?) then does my nasal folds and maybe three pricks of the border of my lips never even TOUCHED my actual lips! I asked are we done she says yes. I asked is this some new technique because you didn't inject the body of the lip she lied to me and said yes. When I left they looked ok. I got home the swelling went down and no filler was even in my lips! Oh but there was tons in my chin because that swelled up so bad I looked like jay leno! How on earth is having a big chin attractive??? And WHY would you put over half the syringe in a spot I never asked for?!! Now they're closed all weekend so I can't get this fixed. But if I don't get at least half my money back I'm either suing or letting everyone know how incompetent this woman is! I always had a pleasant experience with Sue. After 9 years I will never go back. If you want to take a chance on her botching you then go here if not it's not worth the money at all. And there is no difference in anything she did besides give me a swollen chin. Waste of $680 and a complete scam. If she couldn't do it then she shouldn't have taken my money.
