Went here because they were the only place open last minute for a massage and my experience was terrible. The atmosphere of the spa is terrifying. In a basement with very low-lighting and little windows. Went in for a couples massage and we had to go one after the other. They said because they didn't have two masseuses the price would be discounted but we ended up paying more than the listed price on the door. The massage experiences was terrible as well. The lady walked in on me while changing and didn't leave the room and watched me change. I got on the bed with a towel and underwear on and she ripped the towel and underwear off of my body. She never asked before hand if I was comfortable with this and I was extremely nervous. The masseuse got ON TOP of the bed with me and straddled my naked body with her legs and i was very uncomfortable. I was never asked for a massage preference and it was very rough and unpleasant. When leaving a tip for the receipt the lady was very weird about me signing it. I attempted to pick the receipt up to look at it and she kept her hand pressed on it so she could watch me write the number for a tip. I tipped very well. As soon as I was done she took the paper and examined it and looked at me like I had not tipped enough. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I'll start with the positives, the massages were wonderful. So wonderful and relaxing that I fell asleep which I never do during a massage. When it came time to pay I was giving a fair tip. The women working told me that since the owner gave my friend and I a discount price on a longer massage she would take that discount out of their wages. Therefore we had to tip then at least 30%. This seemed to be a little shady/sketchy. I'd surely hope the owner isn't docking her staffs pay to offer her massage packages. read more

Honestly, I've had massages everywhere, and this was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I want to point out that if you're looking for a total day spa experience this is not it - you'll be massaged behind a curtain and others may walk in that you will hear, but that does not make it any less soothing. I would pick this place over a massage at the Four Seasons anyyyyyy day of the week. My ONLY small criticism is the massage face pillow was flat so it was a bit hard to breath when I was on my stomach. Other than that, parts of my body where tended to that have never been before. This place is clean, masseuses have strong hands, and an amazing attention to detail. I went for a couples massage and my SO said the same thing. We left feeling like new borns. My regular massage therapist had to cancel our appt last minute and I was in a lot of pain and needed a massage right away. I called All Points to see if they could get me in that day and they could! I also asked them about their Covid protocols and I felt comfortable knowing that they are doing their best to keep a clean and safe environment. When I walked in they checked my temperature, and showed me the bathroom so I could wash my hands. The decor was dated, but everything was very clean. Leo was my masseuse and he gave me a great massage! I instantly felt better after the massage and the tension in my lower back was released. He even used a menthalated balm on my legs, which is great because I stand on my feet all day. If you're looking for fancy or modern spa decor, this might not be the place for you. This place is amazing!!! My husband and I are becoming regulars. They really gets all the knots and tension out of my very sore back and neck. This place was AMAZING! Let's start with the fact that they took my temperature the moment I stepped in the door. They were wearing masks, immediately asked me to wash my hands, washed their hands in front of me so I could see, and put on all fresh bedding from the wash. It was amazingly sanitary (which is so important in times like these). The masseuse I got was fantastic. She was attentive and listened to everything I said. I like very heavy handed deep tissue massages, and this place delivered. Getting my first massage in almost 5 months, she really had her work cut out for her. We got the couples massage...they only have one masseuse. On the phone they informed us that while one person got the massage the other person would get a foot bath. Also they normally would charge 140 but for the inconvenience they would only charge 120. Upon arrival there were no cars in the parking lot. And before you enter there's a pricing sheet. 120 is the normal price for cash and 125 for cards. The foot bath they provide was in a bucket with a trash bag as a liner. The massage was decent(specially for the price) however we ended up walking out of there in more discomfort than we came in with. There's a sign under the pricing that's states tipping is appreciated but NOT mandatory. After she took my card she asked if I was going to tip on the card or cash. I said cash. When she came back I gave her some cash. She looked at it and said I had to give her more. I simply said I don't have anymore cash and I'm sorry and left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you need a quick and cheap massage. It reminds me of the massage you get in the mall except the mall is better. read more

She focused on the sensitive spots on my head and neck for an hour, making a huge difference in how I felt. She was very knowledgeable of the human body. Walked into this place to treat my fiancé to a couples massage only to find a sleeping employee on the couch! We thought wow that's strange, and assumed she would wake up as we weren't very quiet coming in the door. As we stood there for what seemed like 5 minutes the employee never woke up to check us in nor was there any sight that anyone had walked into this place for a decade. I can only hope the massages this place gives are as good as that employees nap! I wouldn't recommend going to this place for anything other than a nice slumber read more

My husband and I called this massage studio to get a couples massage. A woman who spoke English answered and made our appointment. Upon arrival, we had to go down stairs to get to the location, and when we walked in, we were horrified. There was no one there who spoke English. It was 2 foreign women, pushing us along to get into the room. All the rooms were covered with curtains ans there was barely any light. It looked like a dungeon! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in NH and I found it extremely weird and unprofessional that they didn't speak English so I couldn't explain that I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. We didn't even fill out paperwork about problem areas, allergies, or anything. What if we were allergic to an oil or cream they were using? They wouldn't have known since they didn't ask. The massage was okay, it felt nice. The women TALKED IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE THE ENTIRE MASSAGE!!!!!!!! They wouldn't stop, kept laughing, and making us extremely uncomfortable! At the end of the session, they used hot stones and towels which burnt us. When we went to leave, they took my card and completely ignored us. Laughed and talked to them selves. We left extremely happy that the massage was over. It was the worst experience and massage I've had. As a LMT myself, I would advise everyone to find a LICENSED Massage Therapist and stay clear of this "massage" studio! read more
