I brought in a vintage red suede jacket that I just bought from a vintage vendor. Came back a few weeks later just to find it in a worser condition than when I gave it to them. They lied and said they didn't stain the jacket but it has clearly been washed by the dry cleaners. Hypothetically, speaking, if the black stain was already there, they would've declined servicing me. Incompetent. read more

We have been coming here for around a year since moving to WS, they do a good job of dry cleaning and even have a drive through but I never use it. Easy to find next to a Pet Store in the same shopping center as Lowes Food. I would say they are pretty good since I am continuing to use them. read more

Took two new men's dress shirts and they were both ruined. Both were returned stained and burned. I contacted the owner to make this right by issuing some type of refund. He got very angry and blamed me for bringing them in like that (shirts were brand new!). Never offered anything in return other than deny any wrong doing. Didn't even apologize or nothing. Will never take anything there ever again. Beware!! read more

We've used Camel City for several years. They take care of our household items (ie, curtains, large bedding, etc) as well as, our standard dry cleaning needs. The staff is extremely polite and kind. They genuinely do everything they can to help - if you need an item pronto or whatever the case may be. We had an issue once - pointed it out and we discussed what happened together. The owner was very upfront & truthful and offered a solution. That's why we still use them - they're nice people, running their own business with integrity and treating every customer with respect. read more

I have used Camel City cleaners for over three years since moving to Winston. In the past six months they have ruined two of my $100 business shirts via staining or bleaching. The owner provided a weak credit for ruined shirt number one. Denied wrong doing or fault on shirt number two. Do NOT bring your nice clothes to this dry cleaner! I work as a nanny for a family and also do errands for the while the children are in school. They use different dry cleaners constantly, but I have been here quite a few times. They move fast and I never have to wait very long. The clothing is always ready and the service is speedy getting me paid and on my way. I've never had to take anything back here or had any problems. The employees are nice and straight to the point. Most likely why the line moves steady. They've done a good job getting stains out of silk and couldn't even tell there was ever a spill. Only one time did they miss a spot, but I took it back and they got it out right away as I was there for no charge. They were very apologetic and I could tell they were sincere. I dropped 2 white shirts off. When I returned to pick them up the were covered in an orange substance that was stained all over them. I pointed this out and he said he had no idea what it was. The shirts were $250 ETON shirts and he told me just take my shirts and leave. He then told me I still had to pay for the dry cleaning. This store is the worst I have ever dealt with. read more

Horrible experience drop 1 work shirt 1vest and 3work pants off at 11 am 11/27/18.The three pants to get alteration as well as cleaning, cleaning for the other item I never was told how much it will cost or was handed a ticket to pick up with cost information or anything.I had to go to work that same night so I at least need one of the pants back the same day. I end up picking up my work vest 1 shirt and 1 pants right before it was almost time for the store to close which I believe I was taken advantage of because when i first came to pick the items up they still was not ready, the one pants that was picked up was still big after the so call alteration was done. All together my total was $113 which was a rip off cause for one if I knew it was that much in the first place i world never took the service, I don't like slick sneaky people. I end up paying 50 dollars for what was already done other two pants I was told was not ready until about two days, in trap of I desperately need my uniform for work that night,so I called the next morning as soon as the store was open let them know they were too expensive and the pant I wore to work was still too big they didn't have to do the other two pants I'm not paying for it. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners. I brought a very expensive shirt there to be dry cleaned and it came back with stains all over it. I did not realize it until the next week when I went to wear the shirt. Upon returning the man there completely denied that he had ruined the shirt and refused to even say it was a possibility. He was arrogant and condescending. I had only worn the shirt once in my life before for a few hours and there were no stains on it previously. To not even own up to a mistake is ridiculous. I would never use this cleaners again. read more
