Prior to this, hubby took his suit/tie/dress shirt to another dry cleaner who wouldn't do an heavy starch on his shirt and when he asked them to do it again, the person behind the counter argued with him saying it would turn yellow and they couldn't do it. Hubby said the shirt looked like they never cleaned it and was all wrinkled. When he found Modern Cleaners, he said the service was friendly and they did the job right the first time. When I picked up hubby's suit/tie/shirt this last time, I was pleasantly impressed with this quaint little shop, easy parking in their own lot, they also do alterations inside the shop. Their prices (coming from Orlando, FL) were so low I had to look twice in disbelief. It was less than 8 bucks to have all of my husband's clothes (suit jacket/tie/dress shirt) - dunno what hubby did with his pants but wasn't the dry cleaners fault - lol - anyway highly recommended even though we're not going to be around long enough to continue to go here. I picked it up after work and packed some items for my trip. Everything was super fresh and beautifully folded. Even with the rush job, it was under $35 for a week's clothes. This was a great experience, and I look forward to returning when I need a quick wash and fold.

At Woshbox the staff were friendly, they had a small candy bowl which made me feel valued as a customer, and they seemed organized and dedicated to quality work. I loved their transparency of prices online and they had very competitive prices. For my first visit I took a few suit jackets and they were ready in a couple days and were perfectly cleaned and with their online system it was clearly communicated when they were clean. Great service and a quality job. I will be back.

Idk about the other locations, but the one on South main is the worst!!!! I wish I could give this place NO stars. I picked up my dress the day I was gonna wear it out, got home and got ready to put it on when I noticed a NEW stain on the dress!! I was so angry because it was so noticeable and I couldn't get it out when I had planned on that dress and a fun night when I had to scramble to find a plan B. I decided to just take it elsewhere to be cleaned. They called me a week later to lmk that my ugh boots were ready, (they charge $30 to clean them) ummmm, it didn't even look like they touched them! I said something about it and they said they didn't want to go too far down in the suede so that's all they could do. I didn't accept that and gave them the ok to try again because I wasn't going to pay that much for nothing. So then a couple weeks later when I open the bag of my clothes to wear one of the shirts, it STILL had the red stains on them! I took them back to complain and the lady just kept saying it wasn't her fault, that she just worked behind the counter. Ok, idc who's fault it is, let's make it right. I mean c'mon, so she said she'd get it taken care of. Came back when they called (uggs we're fine) but the stains on the yellow shirts have bleached out marks from them attempting to get the red out. I brought this to their attention and all they said was that red was the hardest to come out and that's why they didn't want to bleach it out the first time. Ok, soooooo, you weren't gonna tell me that?? I never got compensated for any of this which was all close to $100. Worst customer service, cleaners ever!!!! I will never go back. Dont spend/lose your money at this terrible place.

There was a lot of back-and-forth (faulting us at times for not letting them know to Dry Clean only), but at the end of the day no customer service to compensate for the loss. Pictures attached of what it looked like at drop off versus how we picked it up, plus the tag to show the instructions were clear.
