I still had another garment with them and when i went to pick it up i just didn't have the damaged garment with me. I never refused, he's lying. I said i needed to understand the process and what they would do (I'm nervous about it getting further damage) but he kept repeating that i refused to bring it back which never was the case. When i spoke to him he referred to using other chemicals to determine the cause of the issue and I'm not necessarily keen on them doing stuff i don't understand at this point. He wanted to overtalk me and not listen. Thats why i don't feel comfortable anymore. Why wouldn't i bring it back if that's how i get made whole? He's not making sense. I feel completely let down by these guys after using them exclusively for at least 4 years. They didn't call me back for 2 weeks after damaging a very expensive garment, insinuated that I'm making it up, and accused me of refusing to bring it back. I would've had no problem doing so had i understood the process/remedy but i don't really want them messing up my stuff even more. When talking to Brett about my apprehensions , he was very dismissive and unprofessional. He even stopped listening and it turned into a confrontation bc he would laugh at me while I'm talking as if my situation is funny. I don't feel comfortable working with him/them anymore. At Woshbox the staff were friendly, they had a small candy bowl which made me feel valued as a customer, and they seemed organized and dedicated to quality work. I loved their transparency of prices online and they had very competitive prices. For my first visit I took a few suit jackets and they were ready in a couple days and were perfectly cleaned and with their online system it was clearly communicated when they were clean. I called first to double check the pricing and was told that everything was pretty much $2.99, which was amazing. I had a bad experience at a previous cleaners. I had less than 10 items and my total was over $60. This time, I know I had at least 20 items and it only cost me $55. You do have to pre-pay, which I had no problem with. I was told it will be ready in the next day before 5 PM. I returned the next day on Tuesday around 3:50 PM to pick up the items. There wasn't a huge line. While in the store, everything looked good except one of my ties, which was blue. It had yellow stains on it. I brought it up to the employee and the cleaner admitted to making the mistake. They did settle with me by looking up the tie online. I got $25, which I'll use to get a replacement one. This process was simple and easy. I did notice that my crème colored overcoat had red lint on it, presumably from my red peacoat that I also got cleaned. When I got home, I inspected the items and found that my north face jacket was still dirty. That jacket and several other of my blazers/coats either still had stains or were very linty! A good portion of the items had wrinkles in them as well. My white blazer and crème north face were two items that were not very clean. My ties did get clean tho! I wish I had taken a before picture as they were really dirty. Overall, it was an okay experience. They're so busy and have so many customers, I expected more, honestly. Yes, the items are cleaner than I brought in, but I just don't feel this is the standard for dry cleaning. Maybe I'd return. I'm not sure. I'm really looking for a good dry cleaner that isn't going to charge an arm and a leg.

Their prices (coming from Orlando, FL) were so low I had to look twice in disbelief. The tag clearly was marked to dry clean only as it was vintage. It unfortunately was washed, admittedly, by the dry cleaners, and ruined. There was a lot of back-and-forth (faulting us at times for not letting them know to Dry Clean only), but at the end of the day no customer service to compensate for the loss. Pictures attached of what it looked like at drop off versus how we picked it up, plus the tag to show the instructions were clear. It's unfortunate as this was a big purchase for my daughter, and now she is just out that special purchase
