We were in town for a racing event and while staying…read moreat a local campground we got our RV and trailer stuck in a grassy area turned mud after recent heavy rain. The campground directed us to park in a very bad spot. I called Very early in the morning and within 40 min they had two trucks out and recovered our 20,000LB RV and trailer setup. We made it to our event on time and happy! Thanks guys!

HORRIBLE!!!!! Husband got into a wreck on his way to work in gas city because it was snowing and…read moreroads were bad. Chris's towing company was called because our temp plate flew off the car. My husband had a slight wreck not enough to break our turning signal. Everything was intact when he got out of our vehicle and shut the door. The next day I go and pick it up and immediately I'm getting told my car is leaking and that I wont make it back to Anderson which I did and he wanted to tow my car to anderson which wasn't needed. Even if so how would you know that's even your job.... I paid for everything and came to my car to see that my turning signal was completely broken off. There's no way my husband did that. Our car was not damaged other than the hood which did not have enough pressure to break our turning signal and he didn't jerk forward when the wreck happened. In the building I was uncomfortable. The guy was smoking in the building and bragging about how someone was mad that they couldnt get their car. I would watch out for them because they will try to get over on you. Always bring a Male with you if you're female and dont know about cars. Because they will try to get over on you!

on 09/19/2019 my car was towed from Hoosier woods apartments where my son was visiting to babysit…read morefor his nephew due to unplanned childcare issues when he got up at 6 am he realized his car was missing after investigation we learned that his car was towed due to not having a parking pass I immediately contacted the tow company and asked if they did in fact have my car they stated they did and it would cost 280 dollars to get my car back I immediately went to the tow company to find they were in fact were not open i looked online and seen they were due to open at 9 i returned at 9am where the business was still closed i called the number on the door and asked what time they were planning on opening they said around 930am i sat in the parking lot and waited for someone to show up they did arrive at 930 i had seen on the sign that they accepted all cards so when i went in they asked what car i was there for and if i had my license and $280 cash i did not have cash due to they sign saying they took cards i was very frustrated by this point so i had to leave once again to go obtain cash when i returned they asked for my keys and stated they would bring my car around they then waited on the guy behind me and then sent him to get his car when asked why i had to wait further for them to bring my car and the other customer was able to get his own car they said i was frustrated then they came outside and began yelling at me because i asked them if they were accredited with the bbc
