Bad experience with this shop not to talk bad about them but over pricing for a toyota corolla hatchback took long to open a transmission and quote me for what it needed pay 5700 dollars because they kept adding to the price instead of giving a fixed price for what it needed i went to toyota and ask for a full clutch and transmission flywheel they priced ir at 2600 plus labor so total was 3800 see the difference here? Well i overpay for a job in a toyota that could have be less expensive but they where not even helping with the price i acted dumb to see how they treat their customers basically they thought i was dumb i couldn't add numbers, treating me like a fool they whole processes was horrible i do not recommend people coming here for a transmission i didn't get any other service with this shop just because now i know how they would treat me. Also lied about the time it would take to finish the job asking me for money every time they call and threaten me with "you need to get with us on this thing we're just gonna shove it outside and let it sit We gotta know what we need to do here thank you..." they implied i have a warranty with them after the job but i don't trust them anymore ill keep updates on how well they did the job. read more

The BEST service to be found in the city. Not even close. There is no second place in this catagory. Mitch and his staff are polite, clean, hard working, friendly, and go above and beyond. My experience was fantastic. I came in 3 minutes before close, expecting the door to be locked. The kind young lady behind the counter invited me in and acted as I was their 1st customer of the day. I just wanted to drop off my tire to have it looked at... it was flat but wanted to know if it could be saved. Rob (got his name later) came out and rolled it into the ahop and immediately began work on it. I was stopped by Mitch as I entered and he introduced himself and I immediately felt as if I was "one of the guys". They even brought my vehicle in and put the tire back on for me. All AFTER close! I felt at home in a very clean, friendly and hospitable invironment. Mitch even pitched in at one point and was mopping the floor- you certainly don't see that from an owner when there are 7 employees around. And trust me the price was right! Best. Horrible experience. My van is not very expensive or nice and I knew it needed work. The mechanic fixed it twice and both times I got it back the problem was still there. The mechanics had a reason each time for why it didn't work. My wires where not pushed in correctly the last time and I was told that happens with new parts you should have just brought it back in. I had my son in law push them in instead of having Mitch Smith do it. When I complained and wanted some of the mechanic fee back, I was told the parts work, my van was not nice enough to work on not enough maintenance done on a regular basis and not to come back. I was told twice my problem was fixed and both times I picked my van off and drove it off the lot, the problem was still there. I feel for a thousand dollars my van should have ran when I pulled it out of the shop but of course the mechanic said when he test drove it no problems either time. I also feel since I don't have a lot of money to spend on repairs and maintenance, Mitch Smith doesn't care if I come back or not, or if my van runs right. I am not a big enough money maker for his business. He also was rude and angry when I suggested his mechanics messed up. His ego was outrageous. Ridiculous if you run a business.
