The owner, George Veneziano, is nice at first, but after e-mailing him with a question about the mileage and route for my trip, he responded with this hostile, mean-spirited note: I appreciate your trying to educate me on my business by sending me the link for the most direct route, (which is not correct by the way) makes me feel that the $2 is a big deal to you. And it just happens that ALL my cars were just reserved for that same time and date, with the route not being investigated. Wow!, what are the chances of that happening?! Unreliable service. Was going to use their service regularly for my Monday morning flights, but on the 2nd week, nobody showed to pick me up. Called in to their "24 hour" phone line, and no one answered. Had to rush to find alternative transportation in order to make my flight. Sent an email out to the company demanding an explanation of why no one had showed up. Over 12 hours later, no response from anyone. I called into the line, which I believe routes to a driver on duty. He forwarded my call to the owner who had read my email and told me he hadn't called me because he was afraid I was in a meeting (I expected to have an email or voicemail response at the very least since the owner acknowledged that my email was read). His explanation was that his driver had misread the AM time for PM and that the employee was let go (unable to verify if this actually happened). The only reason this is 2 stars is because I got a free ride to the airport the following week, but I was already unimpressed by the service. Both times I was picked up in a mini-van that was probably 10 years old. I've been gladly paying an extra $25 for a town car that arrives 15 minutes early. There's a reason why this company has bad reviews and is cheaper, the service just isn't up to par, so beware. read more

It's very helpful when you make a reservation online, receive an email confirmation, and then nobody shows up.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. First ever experience with them, called for a reservation for Sat, told me to go online - I asked to place the reservation on the phone and the "owner" said if I couldn't go online he didn't want me business. Then Hung Up on me. I called back and asked to speak with owner and he said he was the owner, which I don't believe entirely, however based on all of the negative reviews it very well could be. There are a ton of other companies out there who want the business- I have never been treated so rudely in my life for trying to give someone business. They might be used to young kids calling down the shore but I'm a professional calling 5 days in advance to try to set something up. I write for a very big northeast news paper and this incident is sure to be cited. Unacceptable, you should not be in business and you should be ashamed of yourself. read more

I will never use this service again. I made reservations to be taken to NYC. The owner himself picked me up, a guy named George. First of all, he told me one price, $75, then it turns out it was $125. The second price would have been fine if I'd have been notified but I wasn't so I was short. I offered to pay him later on. I even showed him my ID so he could see my address was legit and he didn't care even though it was his fault to begin with for giving me the wrong price. He became very rude and hostile and eventually he called me a "b****" and practically kicked me out of the car. Would I use this service again? Heck no! Also the cars he advertises on his site aren't anything like the one I got into. It wasn't the kind of car I was expecting to take to an important event. read more

I called and booked a scheduled pick up time of 5AM and their service was on time and not like some of the other companies with drivers with hangovers and bad attitudes .The ride to Newark Airport was not hurried and on time. I will use them in the future. read more

good luck getting a car from this company unless u plan on jumping threw hoops to reserve a car online weeks in advance and they still might not show up or even on time they don't even want to talk to u on the phone... they could care less about the local population read more
