He forwarded my call to the owner who had read my email and told me he hadn't called me because he was afraid I was in a meeting (I expected to have an email or voicemail response at the very least since the owner acknowledged that my email was read). His explanation was that his driver had misread the AM time for PM and that the employee was let go (unable to verify if this actually happened). The only reason this is 2 stars is because I got a free ride to the airport the following week, but I was already unimpressed by the service. Both times I was picked up in a mini-van that was probably 10 years old. I've been gladly paying an extra $25 for a town car that arrives 15 minutes early. There's a reason why this company has bad reviews and is cheaper, the service just isn't up to par, so beware.
