Located near Lake Mary and the 4 freeway, this office is surrounded by lush landscaping, ponds, and a lot of shopping. There are a couple of amazing trails nearby and even some brunch spots that I've frequented. The building is in deep burgundy brick with dark windows and sits about three stories high- it consists of 4 rather large building, a ton of parking, and there's even wifi for the parking lot. I was here for a few hours and the views, trails, lakes and benches made my wait very pleasant.

Within 10 days, a message was sent from an amazing business owner stating that Dawn had forwarded my information to him and he wanted to talk. In only two weeks, I was having lunch with the partners, and when the 3-week mark hits, I will be onboarded and officially part of this exciting adventure! I love it. I don't have to use webtime but it comes off more ad a tech co so I am sure it is only a matter of time before they work out the kinks. Their platform is so common sense and has all of the functionality I could ever want. This is what I was worried about when shopping for a new system, not sure Paychex or other competitors has the same functionality

I interviewed with 3 different people because of the skill set, and I was sent to an employer that is just AMAZING. I absolutely love my current employer. At first I was thinking that even though this was not my ideal job, I will just take it because I need a job, but it has turned to be the very ideal job that I could ever imagine. It is everything that I could ever ask for. The atmosphere is just so calm and laid back. For the average person this might seem like a no brainer but in the world of technical recruiting, being able to determine where a person lives and sending them opportunities within a reasonable commuting range is a major accomplishment. Good job Software Resources. On the other than you would think that telling someone via email and over the phone that you're not a Java developer not once, not twice, but SIX TIMES would result in them updating their system to show my actual skill set and send them job opportunities that are a better match. But not at Software Resources. They're going to keep throwing that s*** against the wall until it sticks. I guess there's the offhand chance that I cannibalized a java developer and by eating their delicious brains magically acquired five to seven years of java experience.

They make companies like AMN, Prolink, and titan look like 5 star business compared to how they are operated and associating with its work personnel. Once I started my assignment it went down hill from there from not having start day set and even getting paid on time. They didn't even have another position available as I completed my assignment nothing in the whole country. I wouldn't recommend them at all or even of their associating companies. The service was horrible and I have worked with way better recruiters and companies as a whole. I was tempted to put a claim against them because I do believe they stole wages from me for holiday pay and failed to produce the actual pay statement because they didn't submit it on time. Coincidence I think not but whatever lawyer says it wasn't enough only a couple hundred so small claims and I don't have the time or energy I'm sure they knew that. This is honestly my first negative review and this company definitely deserves worst. Not the type to take good or clothes from anyone but this company doesn't deserve any grace.
