Jacqueline Alvarado, who is the Regional Manager, makes mistakes all the time. You read that right. The regional manager always making mistakes because she is incompetent. A couple of instances. Agreed to a job weeks ago. A few days prior to the job I received a text reconfirming the details. Noticed that my hours completely changed. Asked if it was a mistake and it wasn't. All I was told was the hours changed a while ago. Never informed me when they had. An emergency came up that prevented me from being able to take the job. Apologized profusely the moment it came up. Instead, I was blocked. They have no consideration that life happens. Emergencies happen. Please save yourself the hassle and find another staffing agency or other employment.
