The room and building as a whole were very clean, no complaints there. The bed and sheets are comfortable, but the pillows are fairly flat. The water pressure in the shower is incredible, but the shower curtain doesn't block it all. So, we had a permanent wet spot on the carpet just outside the bathroom door. The AC unit was incredibly quiet, we would have had no problem leaving it on high all night. Finally, breakfast was better than most, it runs from 6-10am.

A little soggy for my taste but perhaps their recommended cooking time is conservative to prevent burnt waffles. Parking is in a large somewhat shared lot with our businesses but no problem finding a space. The hotel location is right next to the interstate and a little noisy but not bothersome.
