There was an assortment of cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, yet no milk or cream cheese. I asked the male enployee behind the desk for mill and he responding that he was getting them. A minute later, I saw him pushing a cart so I grabbed a milk for my cereal. My son had not yet gotten a milk so he followed the man as he walked to the ice machine with the milk. Apparently, the man did not realize my child was behind him. The next thing I heard was the man screaming "Christ Jesus" so loudly that he easily could have woken up guests. He then continued by yelling at my son and castigizing him for standing too close. I ran to where my son was and told the man it was completely unacceptable for him to yell at a child. The male employee defended himself. We brought our food to our room since we did not feel comfortable eating in the lobby. As we passed the employee in the hallway, he told my son he should wear a bell. We checked out about 4am. $200 for a short stay and a scary morning.

Isabella and Mohammed Ali were there when we checked in. They did put us on the 4th floor but I had requested near the elevator which was almost to the end of the hallway. We were so tired we really didn't care so we kept that room. We did have a very nice view as this property is kinda out of the city. When I walked up, I had say hi to heavyset one because she was knitting and didn't greet me. I told her in a nice way that knitting at work isn't appropriate. She's the manager, so she doe whatever apparently. I was going to forgive the attitude and asked for a room. But she didn't even stop her knitting. She rudely said "We don't have rooms." A younger girl walked from a room in the back. I asked her about availability sense the other lady wuldn't even look at her computer. The younger one said that I needed to leave because I was already "helped." I tried to argue, but was told that the manager has the right to refuse service. I was vary upset. I will stay at other hotels in the area when I travel back through.

Plus, he kept us on schedule and made sure we got everything in that we wanted (the first dance, the daddy daughter dance, etc). He met with us beforehand to make sure the music was catered perfectly to our personalities and the theme of the reception.
