I went to the location to cancel, and the person at the front desk said it was done--but didn't take any of my information. I later noticed I was still being charged. When I went back again, another staff member finally took my info and said the membership was now removed. He also told me his manager would call me back about a refund, but of course, no one ever called. It's extremely frustrating and dishonest. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is just unacceptable. Avoid this place--there are much better, more transparent options out there.

I'd probably try out the $18 wash with graphene next, just to see the difference with 2 coats too. For the self service bays, I believe there's about 5 of them along with a designated area for exterior drying/cleaning. There's lots of signage up to help guide customers and you can tell the place is looked after regularly. The vacuums were easy to use as well, the trash bins were a bit small though. Overall though I'm satisfied and will return to support a local family owned business :)
