I had my van detailed here and let me tell you, they have been the only ones who really vacuum my van well. I have two Labs and they shed hair like crazy! The carpet looks amazing! And they even did the trunk and under where the seats tuck in and the storage parts! They didn't miss any spot! Usually other places forget about the cup holders mainly the back one , but not these guys! These guys cleaned all the cup holders, door panels, dash board... absolutely EVERYTHING! They did a great job detailing the interior of my newly purchased Rav 4. I also really appreciated that once my car was finished, they dropped it off at my house for me. Worst local business experience ever!! Our travel trailer was brought in to be DETAILED. We paid $600 for their most expensive package, being told it would be detailed inside and out. It was left covered in dirt and grime. The floor vents are still full of debris, the stove covered in food remnants, the water heater cover door was broken and "fixed" with a Bobby pin and the door jams are full of sand. I have pictures and we called many times and left messages. We were asking for a partial refund or for them to rectify the situation. When we finally talked to the "manager" who we had already dealt with he kept telling us that the owner was far too busy to talk to us. He agreed to have their mobile unit come to our house to finish the job that we weren't satisfied with. Nobody came and nobody called. Many calls and messages later(they stopped answering my husbands calls) I was told they were convinced that they'd done a satisfactory job and weren't going to do anything more. When I told them I would be sharing my reviews of our awful experience, I was told that they "had plenty of customers". I've grown up in this town and have never had a more negative experience with a local business who had no care to back up their work $600 later. I would recommend that no one use Premium Auto Detail in Placerville. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or their reputation. I am disgusted! read more

These guys are great! I had them come to my house and do a complete detail inside and out on my SUV. They showed up on time, were very courteous, did the whole job in an hour and a half (2 man crew), and it came out looking awesome. And the price was very competitive! Just had my 2005 Toyota detailed inside, head lights polished and a car wash for the outside. I was completely satisfied from the time I first walked in the door until I picked up the keys and drove home. Paid $260 for a detail on our newer model truck and got the truck back without the insides of the windows being cleaned. They also had left an oily film on the inside of the windshield and I couldn't even see well from the evening glare due to the oily film left behind from their cloth. They also didn't clean inside the door windows. My friend and daughter witnessed this and were shocked at the cost and lack of quality service. I called the shop back and asked if I brought it back if they would clean them and they refused and argued with me that they did clean the windows. As I have two other witnesses, I am really surprised they didn't just say "Sure bring it back and we'll make you happy." No such service from this place--check their work BEFORE you drive away! I had referred my daughter to use them for her vehicle and now she won't be going to them after how they treated me. read more

I just got back from having my 2013 Subaru washed and waxed on the outside, with special attention to the tree sap on the hood and then making sure that it was polished, as I had used Goof Off previously, something you shouldn't do if you want to keep your paint on. They charged $50 for the great job, and I am again happy. read more

Due to a leaky trunk seal, our Toyota Yaris became wet on the inside and developed a huge mold problem. We had a significantly higher estimate from a competitor. The folks here were efficient and helpful and made our little car look great again and mold free. We would recommend them to others seeking a high quality detail job at a reasonable price. read more
