Here's a l-o-n-g overdo review for our 2010 Yaris; so sorry for this long delay-- no excuses; just kept putting it off. Our rear bumper was damaged because of my too-hasty retreat into our upper drive's log pile! Your repair job was perfect, & the under-body work that you also did was well done! My new wheels still look sharply brand new, & I greatly appreciated the inside & outside cleaning of the entire care; the washing & waxing made it look like a brand new car, & I'm very happy w/ all of your work earlier in the summer. The many E-communications were also so helpful; you folks kindly & patiently answered my many questions. It was a real pleasure to put our little car into your most capable & "tender" hands. I took my car in to repair a damaged front and also to remove some scratches and dents that I mentioned to them later on. Although the insurance company was only covering the front as that was what resulted from my accident, Cammisa's decided not to charge me extra for repairing the additional damages. They were very efficient in handling the insurance company and also in fixing my car. There were a few minor scratches that could not be fully removed but overall they did an excellent job and also washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. The guys who worked on my car were also very courteous and professional. As a result, Cammisa's gets a five star rating from me as I feel they were professional, efficient, and thorough. read more

I would recommend anyone that needed to get body work done to AVOID this shop. My car was taken in and given a date to be fixed of July 3. On July 3, suddenly they discovered the car needed more work. My first disappointment is why did you not know until the day my car was to be completed that additional things were needed when you already had the car for 17 days. Then I was given a new date and that has gone by and my car is still not completed. Both myself and the insurance adjuster have been given two different reasons as to why the car is not finished. When I informed them after being paid almost $10,000 that I would not be ever bringing my car back and would make sure I let people know not to go there and I would speak to the insurance company about not sending cars there, the owner informed me I could come get my car. In the meantime the repairs that the insurance company has already PAID for are not done. When I reminded him he would be voiding the contract with the insurance company if he did that, suddenly he will do whatever it takes to have my car repaired and returned to me today no matter how late it is. I'm not sure why the truth of why the car wasn't repaired couldn't have been shared and just say I made a mistake. Instead you have horrible customer service. read more

Took my Toyota Rav4 in for the rear door to be replaced after 5 try's they could not get the door lined up gave up on them.
