But this year, I have seen the township in their true colors. Revenue, Revenue, Revenue. I can justify the slight increase in the cost from last year to this one due mainly in part to the camp being wonderful and the ammenities and setting top notch, but this year the twsp has made it blatently obvious that they are digging deep in the pockets of the residents. First, they did away with the part time program which knocked a large percentage of attendees out right away, then they made this REDICULOUS rule that you cannot attend camp on the days they have "optional" scheduled field trips (for additional costs) if you do not attend the field trips. There are five total, one for each of five of the eight total weeks scheduled. Why I find this so rediculous is because the field trips for the span of 4 year olds up to 13 year olds includes places such as Shakespeare Festival in Allentown, Philadelphia Zoo, and Clementon Park in New Jersey! My son is 8, and yes, I do have a problem with him being chaperoned by teen agers to such heavily congested areas as these. The townships reasoning? "we can't cover the cost of supervision for the children left behind" What they don't have an answer for is Why am I being charged for 5 total days each of those weeks, for a total of $225 if my child can't attend camp for those full weeks? Where is that $45 going? So what this tells me is that you aren't paying $30 for a trip to Clementon Park, you're paying $75 ($30 + $45) so if the total of field trips = $103 and you are paying a total of $225 for those 5 days of camp, your paying a total of $328 for trip and camp combined. If you are like me and opt out of the trips because you are concerned for the well being of your child, then you are being penalized $225 AND have to find child care for those days so you can go to work. Believe me, I won't spend any more money to accomodate my Township's fund drives. Sorry to my son, but we will be going somewhere else this summer for camp. I hear Warminster has a great day camp.

I had no idea the level of art instilled was beyond what I thought and was SO REASONABLE! half of what other camps were going for and no where near the level of art instilled. Their teacher was amazing with the kids and she knew all the kids on a personal level for both weeks, you can tell she REALLY cares about each child. I can't recommend it enough. I am certainly signing my kids up for the school year classes.

Men's and ladies' changing facilities are always clean. Place to put keys and clothes in the hallway while you work out. It is very busy on the weekends and mid-late mornings because of scheduled activities. They accept Silver Sneakers which really helps seniors with offsetting costs. Enjoy getting in shape.

However, when registering them for summers following, they insisted on participating in the full 2-week overnight camp, no shorter. CS offers a variety of experiences and activities and keep the kids engaged. They look forward to going back each year and always seem to return home more independent than when they left.

The staff are from all over the world, and many were campers there too. The senior have been there for many years and are always so friendly and know my kids! I can't say enough about this place.
