Wonderful place. The worship service was excellent. The building was modern and well air conditioned. I look forward to returning.

So we took advantage of the good weather and spent half of the ride outside admiring the foliage. That was the 60 minute cider and donut train experience. The 90 minute first class parlor car was absolutely exceptional. We paid $100 per person and were greeted with free champagne and a great charcuterie board. They even threw in a free slice of cheesecake. I didn't realize we had not only the table and chairs, but the lounging chaise area as well. A violinist serenaded us for the first half and it was absolutely magical.

The service was exceptional! The staff was warm and welcoming and they truly seemed to care for the passengers and wanted to ensure we had a good experience. The train car we rode in was beautiful, and the seats were comfortable. And the best part was being able to walk to and around the open train car to get the best view of the open air and fall foliage. Overall, the check-in and boarding process went smoothly. In addition, I was delighted to see the nice and clean event porta potty rentals. Thank God! Our daughter wanted to have a "teen nightclub" themed dance party for her 14th birthday! At that age it's really challenging to find a venue for a great party that is safe and supervised, but also, crazy fun! Rachael helped us put together a party that was the "talk of the school" event! Everyone was buzzing about this party! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. It was so easy to plan, and even easier to sit back and enjoy the kids having a fantastic time! We couldn't have planned this terrific event without her! Rachael helped us coordinate with everyone. She sat down with me to brainstorm many times before the party, and took care of everything. The tiniest of details were covered! All of the event was kept within a very reasonable budget! We would also like to send a thank you out to the Goggleworks for their terrific, and very trendy "loft" like room, for the party location. The dj " DJ JG" John Gosselin was also a fantastic addition to the party! He knew exactly what music the kids wanted to hear. Everyone danced the entire night! Thank you Rachael for making this night so memorable for Emma, and us too! If your thinking of planning a party for your teenage daughter you should contact Rachael! She will really impress you!

Having to postpone our…read morewedding during the pandemic was stressful and some vendors were more difficult to deal with than others, but Soundfactor was so flexible and understanding. It alleviated some of our stress knowing that we had one less thing to worry about having our DJ secured for our new date. Their website was so organized and helped us to put in all of our requests and create our wedding timeline. Steve, our DJ, called us to discuss all the details and make sure that he knew everything we wanted so that he could make our day perfect! And it did turn out perfect! Steve was fantastic. He knew how to read the room and play what the crowd was enjoying while also sticking to a lot of our requested songs. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Steve had everyone on the dance floor from our 25 year old friends to my 87 year old grandmother (who I haven't seen dance in years!). We got so many compliments on the music and how much fun our wedding was!! I highly recommend Soundfactor for anyone looking to have a perfect wedding reception.

They're not comparable to the other DJ's that I've looked at. We were assigned Cole as our DJ for our wedding and he did nothing short of an amazing job! He was lively, followed the itinerary exactly without confusion, and played awesome music that appealed to everyone. He also did our ceremony. Originally we were going to go with a live band but for a fraction of the price they offered ceremonies in their package and I don't regret it. There were no mess ups whatsoever and he made our night run so smoothly. DJ's are so important to weddings - they set the mood for the most part and people rely on them for a good time. I can assure you that was achieved with Cole. My guests had come up to me afterwards saying how great he was. My husband and I also had our guests light sparklers. We ran through a tunnel that they did for us and at the end of the tunnel I was surprised that Cole had set up his speakers was playing one of my favorite songs (not planned by any means). I had notified him that we were doing a sparkler event to cap off the night but I had NO idea that he would be outside playing music for us. It was the perfect ending to our wedding day. Please look no further for a DJ. I cannot speak any highly enough of these guys. This company is awesome and Cole is a fantastic DJ. I'm so glad he was a part of our wedding day.

we loved our wedding and it was very beautiful but there are a LOT of things that we are not happy…read moreabout. I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300$ on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.
