THE worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. My husband went here today (08/09) and came home to show me and I'm in disbelief. Utterly flabbergasted at just how awful this haircut is. His hair isn't even faded and is literally up to the top of his head! We cannot leave it like this so now it looks like I have to shave his head for even growth. Worst haircut I ever got. I should have walked when I was treated so poorly when I first arrived, but figured how bad could the haircut be. I showed him a photo of the last haircut I got that was good, and explained exactly how I wanted it. Probably because of lack of skill, he proceeded to basically shave my head, and leave a patch of hair on top. This was by far the worst haircut I ever received. I look ridiculous and now may have to buzz the rest of my hair off and wait a few months for it to grow back. If you have anything important to do that you need to look good for, don't go here, because you will leave looking like a clown. read more

I went this morning at 9:15 AM and the gentleman that sits on the last chair on the right in the corner butchered my hair and he has done that so many times I always see the gentleman on the left but today he was getting some food for his dog, so I didn't see him And I tip barber nine dollars and he always screws up my hair. I don't recommend him. I will go there again, but I will only see the guy that is on left with his dog. read more

My husband got an ok haircut - but is this place operating in the dark ages? There's a service fee of $3.00 to get money out of an ATM which is inside their store! Luckily I came back in just as my husband was ready to pay the fee at their machine. I told him "hit exit!" and grabbed our credit card out. He has dementia. Then I asked what's going on? The lady (his barber) said only cash or check is accepted; I said ok but then we're charged a $3 fee to use the ATM! She snapped, "what do you think we're charged ... ?" Not the tone to use with a customer! I just stopped listening and got my cash out and paid her. Strongly didn't want to leave her a tip either. I wish I hadn't! read more

Consistent. I've been going here for 20 years. Just remember to keep track of which customers arrived before you. First come, first serve. Some wait for their preferred barber and will let you go ahead of them if their fave is still with another customer. read more

They don't listen and work based on what you want. They put you on the chair facing the customers and not the mirror. So you don't see what the Hell they do to your hair. Expensive when you value the quality of service. Not recommending them. read more

You will have to be clear with instructions and make sure they follow. You will also have to try a few barbers until you find the "one" that gets your hair and understands what you want. My hair was cut by an Asian man who did the opposite of what I asked for in spite of giving very clear direction. I will not be going back there again. I gave this three stars on average. Most of the barbers do a great job but my last visit would of given them negative stars. The short older guy in the back can not cut hair nor does he listen. After telling him 5 times that I wanted the sides shorter and he would just put the clippers next to head and turn them on so i finally gave up. I remember when I was leaving he asked me do I use gel and figure out why. I needed a handful of gel to make his haircut look presentable for the next two weeks. He butchered the top. He said he need to even out the top. He put a part in my hair like a little boy which i didn't ever have a part in my hair. Didn't think to much of it thinking i could comb it out. But as my hair dried from him spraying the worse it got. Big chunks of unevenness. I had better compliments on my hair before I got it cut. I also had to get someone else to cut my hair the next day to even out my sides and back. I know sometimes I don't get my sideburns even when shaving myself but he is barber and wasn't just the sideburns. read more
