The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and everything is spotless. From the machines to the floors to the showers, you can tell this place is well cared for--no dust, no issues, everything works exactly as it should. It's exactly what we've been searching for. That said, one thing that has been really frustrating is the summer program where high school students can work out for free. I think it is a great idea in theory, getting kids active is a positive thing. The issue is how it is being managed. After typical work hours, when paying members come in to work out, a lot of these teens are occupying machines while filming TikToks or just hanging out, and staff does not step in at all. It ends up putting members in the uncomfortable position of having to say something ourselves, which should not be our responsibility. It would make a big difference if there were designated hours for the student program, for example earlier in the day, and then have them wrap up around 4pm so paying members can actually access the equipment during peak times. Again, I really like this gym, but this situation needs better management.

I was directed to where the women's locker room was as well as where the class would take place. Since I was there early, I sat in the sauna for a bit to warm my body. It was very clean and the perfect temperature. The studio itself was fantastic and the aerial silks were placed just the right distance for us to swing. The teacher was amazing and was great at giving instruction and coming around to help us get into each pose and ensure we were doing them properly. I felt really stretched out after and left feeling like I got a great workout! I am so glad to see a gym offer aerial classes and cannot wait to return again!

Everyone minds there own business. You dont feel judged. When I say they have about almost everything you need im not joking. Their gym equipment is very modern to help build your gains. Additionally they have a physical therapist and about 30 trainers in total perhaps about 6 daily. They have a refrigerator to store your lunches in, a water cooler, private lockers and showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The only downside is you may feel crowded when you workout bc of all the variety of gym equipment but this gym is meant to keep a threshold and did i mention this gym is 24/7??? Take advantage if you're early bird. I struggled a bit with their equipment ngl, bc im still a newb to weight lifting and im not familiar with seeing equipments having an on/off switch to load/unload weights however, i thought it was cool. I really enjoyed their dumbells and im glad for the most part, everyone reracks them. Sadlly im a starving student so it doesnt fit my budget yet. hopefully it will in the near future. On top of that, the overall quality of service has gone downhill badly: * Many machines are broken for long periods of time and never get repaired. * Cleanliness in several locations is unacceptable. * Staff often do not care when members complain or request repairs. * Customer service at the front desk is dismissive and unhelpful. When members bring up concerns about broken equipment or poor conditions, it feels like nobody listens. Loyal customers who supported this company for decades deserve much better treatment. To the CEO and leadership team: please remember that longtime members helped build this company. I have a health condition that causes my blood sugars to drop really low(especially while training)so I always have food packed! One day I asked Logan if I could eat on the table, he respectfully declined and said I could eat on the bench in the background of this picture. So I did! No problem. A week later I was working out for about an hour before I started going hypoglycemic. I felt like fainting. So I sat down on that same bench and ate my food to stabilize my blood sugars. Logan rudely interrupts and proceeds to tell me I can no longer eat on the bench (that he previously gave me permission to) that's completely separated with a wall partition from the rest of the gym. He tried kicking me out for eating a meal! This is discriminatory behavior and should not be tolerated! I contacted corporate because the way he escalated the situation was completely unnecessary. There's no need to kick me out of my own gym when I could barely walk. It seems like Logan is abusing his staff power instead of taking care of his members. I should've been asked if I was feeling ok instead of being asked to leave. I'm terminating my membership as soon as the 2 year commitment expires.

I enjoy being on the second floor and having a view to look out while I'm working out. Since it's the newest LA Fitness (less than 3 years old) all of the equipment is clean and in good order. Other amenities like their sauna, jacuzzi and pool might be the cleanest in all of LA County. I also like their turf area for when I do plyometrics. The only downside is there isn't a basketball court, and it's usually pretty busy because it's not the biggest gym. I also wish the parking validation was longer. But overall a great gym, especially if you go early in the morning.

I called the number on the notice I received and was told they were only the collection company for them. I was told to call the gym directly regarding my concern and was provided the number to call. When you call you get a recording that sound like the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. I have gotten no where for the past year. The company who handles there billing is making threats to send me to collections. Anyone have any feedback on what I can do.
