This really is the best gym in town if that's all you're looking for; a gym. It has every single fundamental workout equipment you'll ever need. Everything from cardio machines, free weights, to weight lifting machines. It doesn't offer anything besides that (no classes, and etc) but with that being said, the membership price reflects that. To be in the surrounding Los Angeles area and be able to workout at a place that feels like home is the best; and this is what this gym provides. Everyone (that I have met so far) that works there is extremely sweet and caring. The people who workout there are exactly the same. People mind their business for sure, but you somehow still get a friendly vibe from everyone. There are people at this gym that have been a member for 30+ years, so I suppose there's a reason why this place has survived so long. The current ownership is doing a great job of running the place. I will have to say though, if you're looking for a clean cut place, then this may not be the place for you. This gives "old-school, bodybuilding gym" vibes and I'm here for it. Oh and also, I don't know if this will help but this is coming from someone who has had a Gold's, Equinox, LA Fitness, and 24 membership.
