I has booked a pull through in advance and totally ignored the options for size of rig was only up till 30... rookie mistake. They called in advance to move me to a hopefully bigger site. Upon arrival... they saw how big my rig was and felt really was and there was no way I was gonna fit on their campground. They gave me a full refund... and when I told them to still charge me for the dump fee, they did not. Two gentlemen helped me carefully exit the park as there was no way i was going to back up down the hill. I was so every grateful for their generosity. If you recognize them from my picture. Tell them I made them famous!

They delivered fire wood to campsite. There is a nice river a few hundred feet from your camp site. Pretty fast Wi-Fi and it's pretty close to run back to Marysville from camp site. Good road back towards Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg from here. Lots of good restaurants on this side of mountain, without having to deal with the traffic on other side of mountain. Would come back here anytime. They will store your camper for $70 a month in back of site & bring to your rented site on next visit. You couldn't pull a camper back & forth under $70. Geographically this place is placed smack dab in the middle of old run down trailer homes as far as the eye can see. I was looking to camp in one of there dry camp sites for the weekend. As I approached the front desk, Karen I think that was her name, acted like she was full and this was like getting a room at a 5 star luxury hotel. LOL This wasn't the place, run down. As I smelled alcohol and cigarettes on here breathe from across the counter. This place is in need of an update and wasn't a safe place to be. I'd try somewhere else this isn't the place you are looking for. You also can't dry camp for more than one night here. Which isn't on their website anywhere. I would stay here if my life depended on it. A few of their regular RV folks walked in with 2 teeth and smelled like they hadn't taken a shower in a month. I guess the showers aren't working here as well. To top it off Karen approached my car and made a snide remark as I made this review. Just find another place to camp. This isn't the place you are looking for.

I can recommend that someone might park overnight, but you have to watch out for the potholes and gullies in the poorly leveled gravel roads. Currently, there are such insane restrictions and rude, unethical and unprofessional management that it is simply not a pleasant place to stay.

We came just few weeks after area was hit by hurricane Helene. They got it quickly back up and…read morerunning. They have gorgeous spots right on the river and I could hear the river as I slept and it was so soothing!! The owners are wonderful people and really want campers to enjoy every aspect of their stay. They came out when we came in to help us back camper in our spot. It's very close to town like 5 min drive but felt out in country. Our spot had a picnic table and fire pit. They have a pretty good size bath house with vending machines and at as use washers and dryers which would be good for long stays! Shower stalls were individual bathrooms for privacy .. updated and very clean. We came before Halloween and it had decor for the holiday.. you could stay in camper, they had cabins, and tepees for unique stay. Most were damaged by storm but will be ready for following year. I thought that was really interesting.. i read reviews from previous years about wifi being terrible but we didn't have that issue. We didn't really spend all day at campground we came to see and spend time in the area so we were only using wifi at night and in morning with coffee. I would highly recommend this campground.. it was a great stay and I hated to leave.

Stopped here unplanned when we had a water issue with our RV. Hadn't planned on staying but…read morethankfully Dumplin Valley had vacancy and was able to recommend a mobile Rv repair service too. We stayed one night and they were SO accommodating with a last minute reservation! We pulled in after dark so I was surprised to see the farm like beautiful setting when waking up the next morning. It was a great stay and I was surprised to see the place so empty! We decided maybe we should stay a second night it was so enjoyable. By the time we went down to the office to pay our site was already reserved for the night, so we would have to move spots. Slightly obnoxious since there were only a handful of sites occupied, but we were late to decide so that's our fault. Ultimately we decided that if we had to pack up to move sites then we might as well get back on the road- and so we did. It was still a beautiful, picturesque and farm setting that was peaceful and quiet plus accommodating! They don't have any 'resort' type amenities but power was water are plenty amenities for us!!

If you think this RV park is the step sister, think again. While it's not lakefront, it is on a river and offers plenty of activities and grounds for kids, adults, and pets. Food truck on the weekend? Yes, please! Bathhouses and rest rooms are clean and updated. Site was gravel, level, and had full hookups. We could have selected a pull-through site, but preferred to be on the river - no regrets! For the number of folks here, this was surprisingly quiet. Pro tip: make no mistake - this is on the main drag to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and traffic is horrendous on the Parkway. We came toward the end of high season; the weekdays were fine; once Friday morning hit, so did the traffic. Plan accordingly and be aware.
