There is an arcade for the kids and you can spy on them via the cable TV. Plus you can walk to a pancake house.

This is the location with the central fishing pond that has the small island in the middle, the decorative 'old-timey' outhouse, and the little cabin where you sign in and they sell merchandise. I was here with my family around Winter 2019-2020. I was on my evening walk and saw a campground worker driving a golf cart up the steep hill. There was a family and their kids watching him drive recklessly. As he went around the bend and came back down, he hit a slope and the whole golf cart flipped over. The cart was headed straight for me; I could have stepped aside and let it crash, but I decided to be a nice person and save the cart from hitting people below. I stopped the cart and parked it. As I walked towards the worker to check if he was ok and see if I could help, his pants fell down, and the nearby family started pointing and laughing at him. The worker was a white male, about 6ft tall, heavyset with a scruffy beard. Later that night, while I was out taking pictures of the fireworks, he and a friend--a tall, skinny white male with long black hair about 6ft 2in--drove their golf carts past me at alarming speeds, flipped me off, and called me the N-word. I was only a freshman in high school at the time and was in a daze at what I had seen. I haven't had a lot of incidents like this so you can imagine my reaction. I called the office to report this, and the woman I spoke to was dismissive and tried to claim they don't have an island in their pond or that I have the wrong park. She even tried to claim I described a 'young man' when I never did--I specifically described a 6ft, heavyset man with a beard at the time that I was tell her this which is funny because he was a young man and thus proving my point that she knows exactly who he is. I know exactly where I was because of the specific layout of the island and the office cabin at this address. If these men are still employed here, they should be terminated. No guest, especially a teenager, should be subjected to racial slurs and harassment by staff.

The bath house has several private, full baths with enough room to take a child with you if needed. The lodge has a room with a ping pong table, a tv, and tables and chairs. There is an outdoor side that has a porch with rockers, and an area with couches to relax. There is a fireplace by the rockers and the couches. The rockers overlook the playground and volleyball net. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We love this place.

The Bad: The campground is way more packed and has smaller sites than what the photos indicate. You will find it to be congested, especially on the weekends. Also, some sites to not have a dumping capability, you will need to dump at a common site when leaving. All and all, we will certainly be coming back.

Te lazy river is very nice, is heated and has the right size to just chill out, the children's pool is cold, but I guess is good for the little ones to refresh in it, I didn't go to the spa but I saw people relaxing in there, and there's also an adult pool, but you could see kids in there as well, my son had a blast. The laundromat has really good prices compared to other ones I have seen and been to, and I loved the gym, it's very well equipped and it was empty, so I was able to use whatever I wanted, they also have cleaners for the equipment and a very good size TV, just bring your water because they don't have a water dispenser in there. We didn't use the arcade, but it looked very nice with a lot of games in there, they also have a playground that is shaded by a beautiful tree, and during the weekends an ice cream bus comes to visit. The doggie wash was amazing, and its real cheap, just $10, I even think my doggies enjoyed it, the dryer needs more time, but you can add money for that. Overall our experience was great, it's located in a great area where pretty much everything is close by, I definitely want to come back.

I cannot walk to my camper door without walking through 6 inches of water, much less sit outside and enjoy an evening of camping with my kids and dogs. I called to talk to the front desk and they said it will recede. Seriously? None of the sites around us have standing water. This site has a drainage issues and it needs to be fixed before someone else has to suffer through staying here. Do not stay on site 82. Update. The pool is nothing like pictured. It looks to be like 20 years old with no maintenance ever. The lazy river has about 5 tubes available to use and it's 95 degrees in there. The gym was closed due to air conditioning issues There is no dog wash anymore even though it shows it on the map. We tried to ask for more stone on our site and they ignored our request. They never even sent maintenance by. Do not stay at this sun outdoors. This is the worse campground I have stayed at in a long time.
