Literally my favorite local business. CS4L makes getting ready for overnight camp an absolute pleasure, and it's evident from the moment you step inside how much Lori (and everyone) loves what they do. Coming to CS4L for a camp appointment creates excitement about the camp experience for even the most apprehensive camper (or parent!) in a way that a Prime delivery truck never will. Starting with the individual attention in picking out comforters and sheets, they make every customer feel like they're the ONLY priority of the day. They have an incredible selection of camp necessities and camp "extras" presented in a low-key environment. I love how they have a list of camps near the sheets so you're not re-checking the packing list to see if you need twin-sized or cot sheets for your camper (yes, there is a difference!). There is ZERO pressure to buy extras (and they've even told me it's not necessary to buy everything at their store). Beyond that, they know what campers bring at specific camps (not every camp sends a Crazy Creek chair, for example). They are always willing to present a budget-friendly option (again...they carry a custom clip case for stationery, but they're just as apt to suggest a plain clip case and a few stickers for a camper). If you're packing your "experienced" camper and realize your trunks are ripped the day before they are supposed to leave, they always have TONS of trunks ready for purchase. Many of their custom items have blazing fast turnaround (I ordered a custom teddy bear that was ready in less than 24-hours). I've truly never had a bad experience in this store and recommend them to friends from NY to FL. Their return policy can't be beat. At this point, I consider them to be friends. I needed to order two elephant sized duffels for my daughter. The previous duffels we had purchased from a competitor had only lasted two years before they literally tore at the seams. Since the item I was purchasing was a monogrammed duffel bag, it wouldn't be returnable. I had never shopped with campstuff4less before, so I was taking a gamble. The items arrived fairly quickly and well within the estimate I got when I placed the order. Everything was packed securely. The duffel bags look very durable and high-quality. The monogramming job was perfect. Time will tell whether the duffel bags hold up over use and abuse. But for now, I'm totally satisfied with this order and will shop from them again. We take extra good care of the duffels, but it's hard to say how the Camp Trucking staff handles them. My son will be ready for a new set of bags next summer, and I'll be buying them from you. This store is overpriced and you can get everything they have here on amazon for half the price. I live an hour away and came to check this out for my triplets who are getting ready to leave for a summer sleepaway program for the first time. Two weeks after I had spent more than 3k on stuff here, I returned with two items which had broken upon taking them out of the packages when we went to pack the girls for their summer away. A man named Andy who apparently owns the store told me they do not take any returns after one week and that I would need to purchase both items again. After spending 3k at a store and opening these and both were broken before being used, I was shocked. I called my friend who referred me and she told me she just had an exchange issue with this same store the day before. Note to the wise camp shopping mom, do NOT abut anything from this store, they sell damaged goods and don't stand behind their return policy as listed on their receipt! The quality of the goods is ok but the company is awful to deal with. You can't call to talk with anyone if you have issues. They will only take emails. They had the wrong picture and description of an item I ordered and they will not honor what was on their website. They said it is not available (yeah right) and only offered me a 15% discount. 15% off one pen is nothing when you were supposed to get 5 pens! Their response to my email and the description of the pens is below. We apologize for the error. The description and picture for the item was incorrect. You have two options 1. Keep the items we sent (we will apply a 15% discount) 2. We can send a call tag for the items and they will be credited upon the return. The 5 Pack is not available. I've been a customer of Camp Stuff for Less for 7 years now and I've always had a wonderful experience shopping during what could be a very stressful time (sleep away camp shopping for 3 kids). Lori always keeps your budget in mind and never tries to over sell. In fact many times she discouraged buying things that she knew my kids really didn't need. As a loyal brick and mortar shopper there is nothing I appreciate more then honesty and ease of shopping. The store is set up in the most organized way and they always have the latest and greatest all priced to keep them competitive. It truly is camp stuff for less!!!
