For 1 Trip to my home to repair to small leaks for a total of 45 minutes worked I was charged; $ 150.00 for Labor ( this is the two hour minimum they require ) a $30.00 Trip fee. from Bennington, not Keene, NH.... Bennington. Plus they had several calls in the area at the same time. $18 for materials, which was a squirt or two of caulk nothing like a full tube which costs a staggering $1.39 at home depo. and If you can believe this they had the unmitigated gall to send me a bill without a return mailer.....That's just mean. My advice, Shop around.

Expensive,but shoddy workmanship, low grade material have left me with two thirds of the system useless (not draining, downpours bursting on first snow etc...). The company claimed that my 30 years house was the problem as its settlings causing the problem !!! I had an engineer check on it all....he no longer recommends this company to others... To be fair , upon my calling they came back 3-4 times....sometimes un-annanouced ( it helps witholding some money) but every time something else wrong was discovered , including past work on the roof itself which they had reshingled two years prior to my ownership. I have lost respect for either workers and management of this company and I prefer taking the loss . Legal redress is also an option but who wants to live that way ? I would only suggest to go with this company if you want to learn about roofing and gutters ... And let's not let them give Vermont a bad name ! Truly, L

Once he started the work, he put in long hours to get the job done in two days. He took photos and sent them to me so I could see the progress while I was at my job. As part of the roof installment, he put in a skylight, which is working well. Rick also had to work around a chimney and other obstacles on the roof.
