They are offering a discounted house call: $98. Partly my fault, I admit. But I'm just letting you all know out there in plumber-seeking land before you commit. They soft-washed the entire house (three stories in the back and on the side), cleaned the dormers and windows, brightened the gutters, and pressure-washed a porch and steps that need painting. I called to cancel, they were 5min out. They agreed to still come, waive the service fee, and make me some duplicate keys....
