It made us a little nervous at first, but they can't help the layout of the building. I highly recommend attending their events, as they are perfect for a fun break away from the typical Valentine's stuff most people do. Alongside, they do other fun events for Mother's Day, grief, or if you just want to make a candle or soap in general. The staff and host were super friendly, and they helped us and others out if we had issues at any point while making our soaps or candles. They really know how to make the whole process a lot of fun, even if you have never made any soap or candles before. Lots of different scents and candle options to choose from. Had a blast and look forward to returning for more events once my soap runs out.

However, when it came to finding the right dealer and carport manufacturer, that's enough to drive anyone crazy! Thankfully, Tom at Old Forge was very patient and let me ask many, many questions during a few different calls. He never gave me the runaround or the "used car salesperson" pitch. After seeing the varied reviews on carport installers, I was really nervous, but the crew was awesome! They came on the date scheduled (even a little early), got right to work, and were finished in 4 hours. The crew worked like clockwork, and each member had a specific job to do. My carport pad was already done and very level, so that makes a big difference. I'm extremely happy about the whole experience and would highly recommend Old Forge.

december 2 2018 we purchased a vacuum from isenhour air care, the 4th or 5th time we used it the…read moretrigger started sticking and the red light on the unit started flashing and the unit shut off, called the company after christmas about returning it and was told that by law they couldn't accept a used vacuum.. they wanted to come out and look at it.. i spoke with the owner Ashley F. i gave them the chance to come out because i was getting nowhere asking about a refund, and they said someone would call me the next day to schedule an appointment... we got no call that week. my wife called the next week and the person that she got ahold of was very rude, asked her if she really expected them to drive 2 hours to replace a vacuum and then said someone would call.... it has been 2 weeks now with no call and i can't use the vacuum that i paid 2500 bucks for.... yea, i know, what fool spends this much on a dirt sucker.... THIS GUY! at this point i would just like a refund and to clear the contract that i am financing..

The rep that came out to our house was super sweet and didn't seem like your typical salesperson. Since I've referred more people and have 8 friends/family members that are now first and second time Rainbow owners. Also, I have been to their office to get my Rainbow fixed (because my puppy chewed the cord)... they were extremely hospitable and VERY quick to get it fixed. I feel like the price for the repair was more than reasonable.
