Great car washes here! Reasonable pricing & super friendly staff! They are thorough & efficient!

Phoenix gets 300+ days of sunlight a year. And barely any rain. Which means having a nice carwash is a definite plus. I love the feeling of leaving a carwash with my car sparkly clean, glistening on the outside and smelling great on the inside. Unfortunately, most of the carwashes by me are the self-service variety. Nothing wrong with that. I'm just lazy and like it done for me. And I don't want to go through a machine. I want a hand wash. Finding a carwash that fit the bill wasn't easy until I found Campbell's Car Wash. While it's a little farther than I would prefer, I'm ok with it. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a standard wash. The good news is that they did a good job. The exterior was well done and the interior was good but not great. You do get a complimentary air freshener with your purchase. The bad news it that it's a bit pricey and it took them longer than what I've experienced elsewhere. Luckily, I brought my computer so I could get some work done while I was waiting. They have seats inside and outside and complimentary bottles of water. There are more expensive packages too but the base is already up there. read more

He made my day he was able to get out the substance off the hood in the grill without problem. His smile made me smile. I think this is the best place to come in Mesa please try it out talk Eddy. I have been washing my cars with these guys for at least four years and the staff is always so caring and easy to work with. The quality is outstanding compare to hand washes I've done around Scottsdale area. 40$ well spent They have 2 locations and if I ever on the other side of the town I visit Mesa location as well. read more

My first time here - not bad, but a little odd. I was there early on a Monday, and they didn't seem busy. They were right by the entrance waiting for me and providing information on the service. I got the VIP. They said it was $35, and then that they were cash only due to problems with the credit device. At the register, I only had $20s and $10s, and they didn't have change, so he said he'd take $30. Okay then! That felt a bit sketch in multiple ways, but I know small businesses are struggling on all fronts so maybe they are just making it work without credit. The job was done fairly quickly (under 20 mins. probably) and the waiting room was pleasant/comfortable. My car looked fine when it was done. There were still a few spots here and there that an OCD person would have cleaned, but my car was a mess, so no complaints. In general, not the best hand wash I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. It's also close to home, so I'll probably be back! read more

I needed to get my car washed and I had some scratches that I thought needed to be buffed out. I came to get the complete wash. When I came out to look at my car it looked great! They all of the scratches out except for one, but who cares. My car looked great. I was so happy I almost hugged them! It was very quick also! read more

Just got back from a trip and had a lot of bugs on the hood/bumper so instead of going through the cheap regular machine wash places I decided to get it hand washed. Honestly no difference than a regular sub $10 car wash. The Costco $8 car wash provides very similar quality for exterior. The front bumper and side mirrors still have a number of bugs. The tire shine was not fully applied. The inside was vacuumed but not the very back and there was a number of bigger things missed. The inside was not very dirty to begin with. Since I have a van my price was $50. I should have checked the car when they said it was done and brought this to their attention while there. I'm disappointed as I live close by and was hoping to frequent this place. I added some pictures for reference. read more

First time and let me say, spending 60 on a car wash that was meant for exterior/interior. It wasn't worth it, the interior was not cleaned well, still had so much dust all in the car, they didnt put much effort into vacuuming the car. Am sitting here watching the team scrub my car from top to bottom! This car wash is right down the street from my house. I like the $35 VIP wash- they really baby your car and do a nice job with the service- inside and out. This place is near my home so it's very convenient. They've got a comfortable waiting room with a tv and drinks available. They get busy quickly on the weekends so recommend you come on a weekday or bring a book because you may have to hang out for a few! There is a quick quack car wash down the street but I prefer to pay to have someone detail my car (and they do a far better job than me!). read more

$30, including a five dollar tip, for a "deluxe wash". My fault for not reading the menu, but not only was it cleaned poorly but that apparently doesn't include any tire dressing, etc. And this was a slow weekday afternoon. Came out with areas clearly not having been vacuumed, driver's seat all the way back, mirror's messed up, and dirt still on all four wheels. This place is close to my mom's house, so I took her car up there to try it out. I could most definitely do a better job myself for cheaper!! read more

I live around the corner from this place. I see it's not as busy as it used to be. I have used it a few times and decent job. Couldn't understand why? Normal for my Ford Bronco is $35 ish... some of the employees add a "SUV" charge.. today I pulled up and the guy said $80 for the same wash. I asked why the price jump? His answer " it's dirty". Just for context I went through a small rainstorm and had bugs on the windows... I didn't have caked mud, or nasty road tar etc... just some water spots and bugs.. I have been to this place maybe 8 or 9 times over the last couple years. I have had details done and regular washes. The customer service here isn't good. Every time I bring my car in, there is some problem about getting it cleaned. They don't have enough people so I will have to wait. Or it is too dirty for a hand wash. Or they can't give me the specific wash at that price. It is really tiring. I got a free wash from a punch card with them and the guy told me the outside of the car was too dirty to clean, and they could only do the inside. But if I wanted to pay 20 bucks for the outside, he would do both. I was fed up with this place so I said just clean whatever this card gives me. He got mad and huffed off. It's hard to find a hand wash service that is not a detail shop or a mobile detail business. They hand wash your car and clean the interior, if you are in a pinch and you want a hand car wash these guys are great, the price is also a steal. You sit in a small building and wait for them wash your car. The place is small and it kind of lacks many professional touches but they get the job done quick and for a great price. read more

Sterling, the manager pushed me and I agreed for a $200 package for my two cars for one year one of my cars. I wash every other month just because it gets dusty in my garage. My other car I never wash for the last seven years because it's not worth it, but he said he would vacuum it and do the inside glass. Yesterday I talk to Sterling and I said hey just vacuum on the inside of course and clean the glass he goes oh it'll be an hour because they had four guys detailing one car. I said it's gonna take you 10 minutes to vacuum and do the glass he goes yeah and it's gonna be an hour. So I will never go back to this business again they did a great job the first two times yesterday since I got my $200 for a year their customer service dropped off the edge of the Earth. This guy is bipolar or something...Waited 15 minutes at entry, with no one present. Walked around, no one in the office, so I pulled in the stall and waited in the office. A guy in uniform comes walking from the Circle K across the street, bypasses me and goes to the car. I go to tell him what wash I want and he starts yelling at me, as to why I pulled in the stall... I explained that I'm not from here and there were no signs or instructions on his page or review sites. He acknowledged the package, then gruffly asked if there was anything else I wanted. This guy flips personality, sweet as pie. The service. Dirt still on the bumpers and fenders, windows spotty, and no tire dressing (that I paid for)... He says I can come back in an hour. Save $30. I went to get my car washed and I wanted the 34.99 VIP wash. When someone finally came to assist me he said it would be $50 because my car was too dirty , which it was not. I clean my car on a regular basis. I then said well give me the $24.99 Deluxe Wash and he said it will still be $50. Please be aware of the bait and switch tactics they use here. I've been treated like a stupid piece of garbage before, but THESE people take the cake for ALL TIME WORST SERVICE EVER! Their motto must "Screw the elderly." I pulled into this car wash at 3 PM on a Wednesday. Asked to have car cleaned and explained I was more concerned about the inside. These people charged me $45 (YEAH THAT'S CORRECT CHECK THE RECIEPT BELOW - and I left a $6 cash tip), to run the car through the automatic wash and wipe a few things down. When I got home I open the back seat to fix the seatbelts (cause I had the backseats folded down), and was LIVID to find that they had not even bothered to vacuum the back! They didn't even properly clean the outside of the car (CHECK OUT THE DIRTY PANELS)! If just being treated like CRAP isn't enough to piss you off, on the driver's side there is a small compartment into which someone SPIT something sticky and gross! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! They should lose their business license. They can rest assured I plan to post this review EVERYWHERE! They rushed me out of my car and when I was unbuckling my 3 year old from her seat the guy sat in my car (mask-less!!!) and started tapping like I was taking too long! I stopped by the car wash on Sweetwater on Tuesday and asked how they could wash and dry my 70 year old hot rod. The young man said they would use a garden hose rather than the high pressure wand. I was told that it would be $20.00. I agreed and brought my hot rod over this morning. Upon driving in I was told they would charge me $50.00 because they had to provide special treatment, different sponges and drying clothes. I thought I am being scammed. I offered $40.00. The manager was becoming very argumentative but eventually I agreed to $50.00. Then the manager told me there was two cars ahead of me and they couldn't get to me for one hour. Ten minutes later they were done with the other two cars and washed mine, by hand. A will summarize by letting you know the Manager told me that he was always right and not the customer. By the way the drying cloth left lint all over my car and they wouldn't allow me to have the car dried entirely in the shade. This entire experience was HORRIFIC. I love to support local businesses especially mom and pop style businesses but Campbell car wash on sweet water is overpriced and they don't do a good job. I have a truck so right there they charge more ($30) for a medium wash. After getting my truck back there was still dirt spots in the outside. Wheels weren't cleaned well and the interior was still a mess. I went home and finished cleaning my truck. I will not go back. read more

Do not even bother with this place! I pulled up and waited 5 mins, no one came to the car. Finally, I walked inside, no one was there. I walked to the other side and saw two people working on other cars, but they seemed too busy to be bothered by me. I said "good morning" and the employee turns around says "it's gonna be at least 45 mins to wash your car we gotta these other ones done." I said ok I can come back. Don't waste your money here! The guys tried making me pay $250 for a detail when they used to charge $150. They said if I paid cash they could schedule me the following week for $150. I took it the following week and paid $150 cash. They didn't even clean my car and had the nerve to blame it on COVID and the new guy. My consoles still had coffee in them (which is the very reason I took it in, I spilled coffee in the console by accident). Windows weren't cleaned and the interior wasn't cleaned at all. Been here before and they treated me great and I tipped well. This time I went, the guy that worked there was so rude and treated me like crap! I asked if I could get the $20 car wash and he looked in the back seat and said I would not touch this car for 20 dollars, the car is filthy. Mind you hardly anyone sits in my back seat and its clean except for some small pebbles on the floor. I was polite and said fine just do a quick vacuum and and Don't touch anything else, easy money right! Nope, he said we will not touch your car for 20 dollars, for $25 we will do it. I said your sign says vaccum and he said you can go down the street to the other car wash if you just want a vacuum and a wash. I get these guys up sell, but the attitude and the way he went about it was ridiculously rude. Just don't go. I would have given a better review if they had even provided good customer service, but they were just plain rude and did not drive my car very nicely around the corner after they rinsed it. Not a single person was wearing a mask either. I chose the middle car wash and was charged the same as my friend who picked the highest end option. There was no air freshener, they didn't lift my mats to vacuum, and there are spots all over my car and leaves still in the crevices. The inside wasn't bad before but it is suddenly dusty on the handles. Waste of money and time. read more
