Just don't go. I would have given a better review if they had even provided good customer service, but they were just plain rude and did not drive my car very nicely around the corner after they rinsed it. Not a single person was wearing a mask either. I chose the middle car wash and was charged the same as my friend who picked the highest end option. There was no air freshener, they didn't lift my mats to vacuum, and there are spots all over my car and leaves still in the crevices. The inside wasn't bad before but it is suddenly dusty on the handles. Waste of money and time. read more

Me and a Coworker brought 2 vehicles to be detailed. The disabled manager(?) Who it should be easy to feel for had a horrible attitude from the start. Told us we couldn't leave them both, looked over both cars they don't accept drop offs. said mine $100 hers $50. Seemed like a good deal, he said it would take about an hour. We came back to pick up mine and drop hers, he said we don't do details, after they were done. and mine was $150. Price isnt that important but dont say 100 and then charge an extra 50 percent more, or at least say in the beginning its a quote might be more if it takes a little longer That's fine. That's not what happened. He still had a huge attitude i said wait you said 100 hows it 150 now he said it was really bad and it took him almost an hour, the amount of time he predicted. It was pretty bad inside, its a work van that's driven 50 hours a week. When i questioned the 150, (i dont know what happened to maybe 120 130. . 140?) He said he was giving us a discount, (from 100 to 150??) And called me a dumbass​ i said What did you say! dont talk to customers like that he demanded we pay before he can show us, also said they only take cash. My Coworker said there's a credit card machine on the counter? He wanted to pocket the money. Called us slobs like 50 times, he actually did a decent job but that guy is a jerk, there's alot of car wash places that one just happens to be across the street our 12 fleet vehicles will be happy to go elsewhere read more

Best car wash ever, especially if you have a nice car! They take care of you here and have great prices. I always come early or late in the day and get right in and out. Exceptional work! Ask for Nick he really knows the business of car care and making sure his customers are extremely happy before they leave! Update: Nick is The Best, he runs this place like a Champ. I feel bad giving so few stars, but hopefully whomever owns this place makes a change. The 2 guys working there did a FANTASTIC job. My car looked amazing, and I can tell they put a lot of effort making my car look great. The problem I have is that there were only 2 guys working. When I dropped off my car there were only 2 cars in front of me. And I waited an hour and 15 minutes! Granted, I get they were short staffed, but please hire more people so these 2 guys don't have to bust their butts for what I'm assuming is minimum wage (or close to it) in 100+ degree heat. I'll be more than happy to go back as soon as I see more people working there. Also, I noticed on the website that it mentions Tuesday's and Wednesday's are "ladies days." Terrible customer service and work. I paid $75 for a BAD wash and wax. Bug guts and bird crap still stuck on all sides! (see photos) And don't get me started about how I was supposed to also have a detailing done, but they couldn't get their act together enough to complete it when they said they would. So rather than making my wife late for her appointment (by the way the detailing was supposed to be an early Mother's Day present) I ended up just paying for shoddy overpriced wax and wash and leaving. Very affordable car wash. Despite a couple of people going before me, my car was finished within 40 minutes. The staff is very kind and helpful. They also have a stamp card. I will definitely be returning. I got a $15 supreme wash which comes with interior and exterior wash, window cleaning, tire clean, protective foam, and air freshener. There was just a bit of water left on the lip of the trunk, but otherwise everything else looked spotless. The facility is a little shawty and it looks like a little home but everyone needs to start somewhere. read more

This is the third time I had my car washed here. I had a great wash the first time but the last two times have been terrible. The inside left with dust and spots on the console, dashboard not wiped down and a poor vacuum job. The exterior still had dirt on it and full of spots like they hardly even used any soap and water to get it clean. The first time I went the owner was so kind and he had his guys hustling and they gave a great wash. Since then the service has really declined. I want to support local, small business owners but the product needs to be solid. I've gone here 3 times now thinking that the previous time was because it was a fluke. But every time I leave there, I still find the inside of my car dirty. Stuff not vacuumed, dirt and watermarks still on my interior doors and seats. It just sucks because the guys there are friendly but I'm just not satisfied. I don't think they even lift up our car mats to vacuum under either. This last time there was no scent sprayed and my tires were not shined. And I purchase the "delux" every time. I should've known something was off as soon as I saw there was no one else using this car wash. I didn't read the other reviews either. But THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY SUCKED! I went on a Saturday afternoon, there was no other customers there. I asked one of the workers, who stank like weed (not a good sign), for a detail clean. He told me it would take about 5-6 hours and he could do it for $50, but he had to check with his manager. His manager came (who also smelled heavily like weed) and told me that they can schedule me for a detail clean on Monday for the deal price of $150, which is normally $200. I made the appointment with the manager himself and he forgot when I came there Monday. I dropped my car off at 11am and by 4pm, they still have not called me to pick up the car. I called the car wash 6 TIMES AND NOBODY ANSWERED. When I finally got fed up on waiting for my call back, I went there to asked the manager if my car was clean. The manager was sitting inside, playing on his phone, and had no idea what condition my car was in. He still lied and said yes my car was "cleaned". I asked for my key and he told me it was in the car. The key was sticking on the outside of the driver side door, unattended and the car could have been stolen without anyone knowing or caring about it. The "detail wash" I paid for had so many spots and there was still spots on the inside of the carpet. It was like going to shadow mountain fundraiser car wash but paying for 150% of the price. I basically had to point out all the left over wax spots so they can wipe it off and all the spot on the inside. The manager tried to argue back saying it's the price I paid for, even though he told me he would give me the quality of the full price. OVERALL, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO POOR WORK FOR THE HIGH PRICES THEY CHARGE. THEY DO NOT CARE EITHER. You might as well as your money and go to quick quack car wash for the same quality. read more

"Today I arrived at Campbell's at 9:40 am. At 10:10, the one employee on site had still not acknowledged my presence; he was busy vacuuming for 20 minutes on a car he later told me he was detailing. I waited and eventually he washed my car - still not even looking at me - and did a fantastic job. (In fact, it was the best car wash I have ever received at Campbell's.) Sadly, the service at this business is extremely poor. I've had an annual pass for car washes for the last three years, but will not be purchasing another one when this one expires. Very disappointed to say the least. I have used them the last 2 years and I have to say that today I had a very unpleasant experience. An employee approached and before even bothering to greet me he said "$50". The employee then continued to say that it was going to cost me $50 to wash my truck because it was "big truck and black". I told him that I was only interested in getting a $20 wash as I usually do. After a few moments he tried negotiating and said he would do it for $20, but at that point I was frustrated and confused as to why the pricing was changing to drastically. Again, I have used them for 2 years and there was no such thing as "your truck is big and black" which sounds ridiculous. This was a very disappointing experience given that they did such a great job in the past and I never had any issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward and I hope that they resolve this issue so that doesn't happen to others. As such, I recommend changing their prices on the pricing board if they really charge by the size and color of the vehicles vs the type on wash people want. read more

My car was gross, I have two under two and they eat and spill bottles and everything in between. I finally took my car to get my seats shampooed and when I picked up my car it was impeccable. Their attention to detail is unparalleled, a quality most valley car washes (especially in this area) lack. The price is on par with other machine-driven car washes (mine cost $18) but I don't have to go home & RE-wash my car afterward like I do at other places. They have an air conditioned lobby & WiFi while you wait. No pressure, upselling, or windshield inspections experienced. Note that the cars I've seen there are high-end which speaks to the level of quality they provide. I've gone by hundreds of times since they opened and wanted to stop in and try them out but didn't have time. I finally went by and had time so I went for it. (My car had become an embarrassment to drive so this was great timing.) The staff did an awesome job from the guy who wrote up my receipt to the guys making my car shine. It even smelled great! They had a nice, cool waiting area. I would have given 5 stars if there had been a Coke machine. (Maybe next time.)
