I had such a great experience here! This is a true hand car wash, and you can absolutely tell the difference. The level of detail they put into their work is incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every inch of my car was spotless. I honestly don't think my windows have ever been this clean... seriously, crystal clear. And the price? Only $25 for a full hand wash on my Fiat. That alone is amazing for the quality you get. What really stood out though was the owner. He was right there working alongside his team, personally helping wash cars, and he couldn't have been nicer. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Well let me start by saying this establishment is nothing fancy but the employees are top notch. This is a true hand wash carwash business... please allow at least an hour minimum during your day for them to do their job. The day I visited it took an hour and 25 minutes. I got the "Complete Hand Wash" Package for 21 bucks. Now be advised I have a Jeep Patriot...but they base their packages on the type of vehicle you have. None of the prices are Outrageous but they can be pricey which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. Now the day I went they had no wax even though I was charged 21 bucks for it...so there goes the tip. They were using your basic car cleaning (Maguire's to be exact) products that you can purchase yourself and two Hispanic women actually did the hand wash. They also hand dried it and everything...like I said a true hand wash. Now before they hand dry it you actually stop 4 different times under a dryer blower and then you proceed. I am sure they share the tips because there are"Tips" lock boxes at 3 separate locations so you don't have to give out tips to individual people. It appears all females do the work here because as I approached the final station there was an Hispanic Lady there as well. I don't know if I will return but the experience was very good. I don't know if this is literally a family business but when I was there 3 people washed and dried my vehicle. For the more particular people, I noticed they rinsed the hand mittens with high pressure water spray before washing my vehicle as not to rub grime and debris into my paint. Like so many reviews say, you do pull up to a place somewhat sketchy haha and you will have to wait for a long time but it really is because they work on one vehicle at a time and ALL BY HAND. Not too much communication but they are nice and the process is simple, just sit in your car with a good playlist and you'll be set. They did a great job, well worth the money. It was nice that my car was all hand washed and dried but that wait just did me in. It took about 30 minutes for my car to have it's turn to be washed. You sit in your car and progress through the line and stay in the car while it's being washed. I was, however, happy with the level of clean they achieved. Car Wash : Basic Price Paid: $22 Tip: $5 Vehicle: Mazda 2020. Rarely driven and already pretty clean. Amount of Customers: Only me. Time of Day: Weekday around 4 pm. This was my first wash on this car for maintenance. And I tip regardless of service. At this time I was the only one at their lot. Not busy weekday. Review: ARMREST CONSOLE: This area was ignored. I requested they look at it. A second wipe did nothing but I felt cheated. Please see picture. My home remedy to clean this out worked in less than 15 seconds by applying all purpose cleaner and a soft cloth wipe. In this same section a large white mark was left unattended. Again, same home remedy cleaned it out in matter of seconds. Inside the armrest they did not vacuum. STEERING WHEEL: Completely untouched. WHEELS: I have silver wheels. Partially cleaned but you still see black. SEATS: There was some mess on driver seat I was especially hoping to be vacuumed. It was never touched. DOOR PANEL: Driver side panel dirt uncleaned. Overall, very disappointed. They rushed through the cleaning. I thought maybe because my car was already clean enough they did not care as much but it is not an excuse. With it being clean they did not have to go the extra mile. But, all the areas I wanted cleaned were left unattended. I thought maybe I am supposed to pay for their highest cleaning service to get proper cleaning but I don't think I should have had to. I will not return. I absolutely love this place! I am not sure if the people are family but they are hard working folks! It is truly a hand washing place so its my SUV and a few Teslas but it does take time as they really clean it good and take their reasonable time. This place is totally brushless which is what i was searching for and needing but i went there on a Friday morning and there was only one other car in line in front of me.
