Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... They seem uninterested in dealing with people. Finally got the estimate after 10 days... they were 4x higher than 3 other companies that gave me estimates. Will not use yardmasters.
