( Hard to believe ) phoned Jordan's and the lady was so kind , she said she would put my name on a couple . When I arrived Shawn said . "Oh yes , your pieces are there , help yourself ". When I asked how much It was 0 + tax ! Can't beat that! So nice to finish my project , and because they are so helpful for a gal looking for a project piece I can imagine buying a whole room or house of carpet would be a pleasant experience ! So for houses big or small ... I recommend .

We really needed something durable but we didn't want our floors to have that laminate flooring feel. Absolutley no complaints about the material, just where we bought it from. Pacific Planks Laminate is great! Solid, easy to install and beautiful. FLOORS FOR LESS IS NOT GREAT! Seriously, don't be fooled by the website price and don't expect any customer service from Floors For Less. Buy elsewhere!

Very unhappy customer! I took a small sample of hardwood flooring home with me from the store to…read moresee what it would look like in the 400 sq. ft. room. I was uncertain about the color of the floor but A contractor, along with the store representative talked me into buying it. Upon delivering when my product I was told I had to unload it myself! I then opened a box of the flooring and found the colors greatly varied from the sample piece I earlier brought home and realized it would not work for the setting I had. So a couple days after it was delivered, I called the store to see if I could return it/or exchange it for something else. then he tells me I could not return it! After paying $2500 for it not even a store credit ! Bad business , I advise everyone I know to not buy anything from this place

When contacting the company, we were told they would come to fix the problem. They didn't show up at the pre-arranged time, and then didn't return any of my calls. Laminate boards started to discolour in ways that could only be because of defective boards. There was no explanation given as to why this would happen, and left up to us to replace the affected boards. After only three years in our home with brand new flooring throughout, we are already looking at needing to replace carpet in all the bedrooms. Not impressed.

When my wife called to discuss the concern and what can be done about it she was hung up on. My brother owns a floor laying company in another province. I took video of the carpet in my home. My brother indicated to me that the install was incredibly poor and the company should stand by their work and repair it. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and how we were treated. I would recommend no one deal with this company as they do not stand by their work and use sub par materials but charge as if they are top quality.
