Then the guy we were dealing with said that they couldn't deliver any house to that property, that it was impossible, full stop -- then in the same conversation 2 minutes later, he told us they had lots of other houses we could look at that they could get to the property. Very strange. Too many other similar red flags to list. We love the idea of recycling houses but will steer clear of Nickel Bros if we do go that route in the future.
