they charged more than double what they did the last time i used them. apparently the business was…read moresold and the new owners have no problem price gouging. i know things have become more expensive, but double is excessive. they also charged an extra $100 for 'hoses and wear and tear on the truck', even though i would have gladly let them drive into the field so they didnt have to use extra hoses. no one told me they would charge more for running hoses from the driveway to the tank, i would not have approved that but they just charge whatever they feel like after the fact.

I had seen someone recommend them on a community Facebook page and the fact that they mentioned licensed and insured really helped make this decision. I called and left a message and immediately Chris got back to me. He answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured to use their services, which is a huge plus for me. We set up a time and he came out. He was really nice and, again, answered all my questions. He brought his ladder and a long pressure washer attachment to get the back of the house since it's higher than the front. He even got on the roof to check it all out before. Overall, I definitely will use them again. They also do other services like dryer vent cleaning, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, and power washing! Definitely will use the dryer vent cleaning services soon too!

A job to fix a frozen, burst, outside spigot became the start of several significant repairs that…read morecould not be postponed... all the week before and week of Christmas. I had not heard of this company but was impressed by their website, particularly the pricing section, and their responsiveness. Gill, the primary plumber, was thorough, respectful, and transparent. For each of the 3 jobs, he assessed the problem, came up with a solution, and provided me with a proposal and quote for the job. This also included costs of any potential additional work that might be required. He took pictures of the issues for the biggest job in the crawl space and carefully explained the options. There were no surprises. As work went into Christmas week, he had several others join him to get the work done who were equally informative. The resultant work is impeccable and I can relax. Gill examined all visible plumbing to insure there were no other problems. He also provided estimates for several future repairs, one requested by me and one he anticipated would be necessary in the future. I live in a 100+ year old house and these kinds of issues are a little scary because surprises abound! I will definitely use Sunwave for any plumbing needs in the future and would recommend them highly.

Gary kept me informed about their progress, and made sure I always knew what was going on throughout the week they worked on my property. He also hooked me up with a temporary barrel of oil so that I could have heat while my tank was out of commission, which it wouldn't even have occurred to me to ask for. Gary contacted the DEQ and advocated for me, to have state monies cover the cost of the clean up, which was a God-send, and he ordered and installed a new tank for less than all the companies I contacted would have cost. I highly recommend Certified Environmental Drilling, Inc. for any of the services they provide!

They coordinated everything - from having the soil tested for leaks and pumping the old fuel out to removing the 1000-gallon tank and grading the yard. Would highly recommend them!
