In 2023 I wanted to add an on demand hot water and had them install a water heater. I didn't realize they would only install the unit and gas and not the water supply until the day they installed the unit. I had no problem installing the water and the unit worked fine for 1.5 years. At this point it started leaking and I called Tiger and was told they were a gas company and did not do plumbing. I indicated that Tiger installed the unit but the receptionist responded, I needed to call a plumber. I did call a plumber and they found the issues but would not warrant the product. Their repair did not completely fix the problem so I decided the cost to fix this water heater was going to cost more than the original costs. I punted and bought a heatpump water heater. If I had a full understanding of Tiger;s part in the effort I would have never purchased the waterheater from them and purchased from someone that would service the system under warranty. I would never buy anything other than propane from them in the future.

They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.
