But I had paid with a credit card. After I'd left this store.I told my friend what I paid for the tires and he was very surprised because he had never paid that much money for tires there before.And I assumed that probably they overcharged me and charged me maybe ring me in for 5 tires, instead of the 4 that I purchased. I called down there and tried to explain what I thought had happened and that I had been overcharged, and that I didn't have a receipt, because I was not offered one at all. The person on the phone was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak with a manager, but they just put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back again, same thing happened. I asked to speak to someone else, put me on, hold, hung up on me so then I decided to go down there, talk to somebody in person when I got there, of course, they knew who I was. Probably the only female that had been there that morning. They ran back into the office notified my arrival, but then completely ignored me.\n Finally, an employee came out to talk to me. Prices have gone through the roof. That and they started mixing all of the cars together instead of sorting by brand, making browsing a huge pain. Clearly LKQ is run by people with business degrees but lack of common sense.
