Improper hitch placement -- The hitch installed on my Santa Fe sits about 6 inches back from the bumper edge, creating avoidable functional issues. Unsafe recommendation -- Their only solution was to "buy a longer adapter," even though my hatch does clear my trailer stands by only ~¾", this means the handle will inevitably hit the hatch.
