Wow. I am impressed. I am typically a customer of OFallon Walmart but I went to this location for…read moretires as they had the ones I desired in stock. Not only were they cheaper than ANYWHERE including Sams/Tire Rack/Dobbs and AAFES, their service was second to none. Friendly, courteous, and eager to help are all phrases I would use to describe them. They had my truck in and out in a couple hours and were hundreds under budget. They also have a waiting area with couch and tv. Thank you. I will return.

The shop doors will not open until a manager or someone equivalent unlocks the doors and on this day they were not opening those doors on time! I was the first person in the shop this morning and was helped by Steve, now the man is huge like a tall tree and super nice but Walmart come on Corporate get these guys the proper equipment to better, faster and correctly input customer information!! Those little hand devices are pathetic for this part of the business especially when your hands and fingers are too big for the tiny little screen they have. 2nd, wheel Alignments! How is it that you put tires on but don't provide the shop and customers a factor when installing tires...a wheel alignment!! I bought 4 tires with whatever extras only to find out in the end Walmart doesn't do wheel alignments, good lord that's very inconvenient for the customer who now has to find another place to get it done and a loss of business for the store! Decided we didn't…read morewant to risk issues for the new buyer, so I called this Autozone to confirm they had a battery in stock and could install if we came up. Associate was courteous, said they had one for us and to come on up they'd get it installed in a few minutes. Sounded great. Once there though, it was a bit of a mess. They sold us a battery but then figured out they misplaced the tools to do the install. Sent us to the O'Fallon Autozone with the uninstalled battery and apologies. When we arrived there, we learned they sold us the wrong battery too. Luckily the O'Fallon store was a bit more on top of things and got everything fixed for us pretty quickly. Given the experience at the Fairview Heights store, probably won't return.
