Josh did a fantastic job and make sure we knew what we were doing which we've had similar before so it's pretty much knew a lot. Josh was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable in the unit. we are totally thrilled to take possession of it and it took us a few hours to get out of there as we had to get insurance and blah blah blah. but very nice establishment and we are totally thrilled with the unit. Now we are driving back from Houston, Texas to Reno, Nevada. We are two nights into the unit and we love it. We are staying at RV parks the first few nights we get used to the unit know what to do and we will go back road off-road. everything so far with the revel has been fantastic. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!…read more My family purchased a brand new 2025 Heartland Trailer at this facility. The trailer was manufactured wrong. Within days of purchase, water started leaking throughout the trailer. Holes in walls were found, and the oven did not work. They went in circles with the dealer. Christopher Allen the service manager and Casey Bryant the regional service manager failed to repair as promised. They blocked and hung up on the purchaser in order to fail to mitigate the damages. This was completely crooked. Since then, more water damage has occurred. The brand new trailer is sitting at a repair shop with "SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES AND STRUCTURAL ISSUES." (Currently almost 3 months in the shop AGAIN) The warranty company has sent them in circles as well. This trailer should be purchased back from this dealer but they will literally block your calls and attempts to remediate the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Who sells a defected item an refuses to help fix it? Funtown is not Fun at all. You have literally caused so much termoil and chaos from your lack of response/warranty/assistance etc! Six months after I purchased it, I brought it back in because I found a wet spot on the carpet in the corner of my slide. They had it for a month, and told me they couldn't find a leak. Two years later, I see water dripping from my ceiling. I pull the paneling from my ceiling, and the wood is completely rotten to the point that I can stick my finger completely through my roof. The damage is in the exact location where the wet carpet was at. The amount of mold was completely insane. My son and I live in this RV, so needless to say, im extremely upset. I called Chad, who is the Service manager. He quickly told me demontrond is going to do absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I took my RV to a different shop. It's going to cost me $10,000 out of my pocket to fix. Insurance won't cover it because the leak is two years old. So demontrond really screwed me on this.

We were wanting to down grade or down size our trailer. It's a 2017 Keystone Montana 40' totally loaded. MSRP in 2017 was $87K+ these guys offered us $35K for a trade in. The trailer has about 1000 miles on it with a few problems (they were all covered by our warranty) they said it would cost $12k to fix them. We got everything fixed under warranty and things not covered and paid $2300 total. It's like new now. I'll never return here ever because I don't trust anyone here anymore. He even congratulated me but failed to tell me the unit had been sold. He didn't even inform me my deposit had been refunded. When I spoke with the manager and informed him, he did not provide an apology nor take accountable for his employee lack of service. Everything was going smoothly until we got to the actual "out the door price". They tack on a $4590 "Keating pkg & service reconditioning" charge that includes LoJack, "paint and fabric protection" and paintless dent repair. When I pointed out that I didn't want these things, they flipped the script and said I "was asking for a discount" as opposed to what I actually wanted which was to pay for the car, dealer fees, and be done. Shady practices like these should be avoided and dealers need to be shamed when they try tacking on packages that cost 1/5 of what the car itself costs.
