Made an midday appointment for an RV roof repair. Told them I wanted it then because I had to…read moredrive back that afternoon. Drove 80 miles from Mansfield to meet them. More than an hour after the appointed time, they call and say they are running late. I wait 2 more hours and they call again saying maybe in 45 min. At the point, I need to get on the road so they make another appt. for the next week. I drive again; they show up a little late and spend 10 minutes taking photos saying I will get an estimate from them the next day. I wait a week and call. Estimate hasn't been done; will call the inspector and get it written today. Two or three days later they finally call but can not get two it for a week or more. Estimate is to coat entire roof and is pretty high. I get someone to caulk the seam before it rains anymore. Cost $80 and done in 2 hours. Now they call and bill me $72 for the estimate. Too bad I can't back charge them for gas, drive time, phone time and wait time.

My car suddenly wouldn't start unless jumped and was making a disgusting scraping noise so I decided to try to find a mobile mechanic so I wouldn't have to drive it to a shop. I am SO happy I went this route bc I will now be using Wilson's mobile for all future car problems moving forward. The owner, Ethan, is extremely knowledgable, honest, trustworthy, and great at explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand for people like me who know next to nothing about cars--I actually learned some things in the process. In addition to that, his response time when i reached out was extremely quick which was super helpful as i was essentially stranded at home. I ended up getting a diagnostic quote on one of the issues (scraping noise which was a wheel bearing issue) from Pep Boys...and Wilson's Mobil's quote was $500+ cheaper! That's a BIG chunk of change for me! Cheaper AND more convenient than driving it to the shop--can't beat that if you ask me. I truly am so grateful for the help and top notch customer service. I had concerns about a fuel/exhaust smell + started a starter swap job on my Miata that I didn't have the tools to finish, and Ethan was able to check out the smell and finish the starter swap in no time at all.
