I had a radiator replacement that cost $700 that Lonnie Cobb came to do and didn't complete the same day and was supposed to come back the next day. I called him and his boss and they both ignored calls and texts. Please beware and don't use them. I have to find a new mechanic to finish the repairs. They have the worst customer service in the business. If I could have gave zero stats I would have.

Customer Service We truly value our reputation for honesty, and it's never our intention to make a customer feel taken advantage of. Automotive quotes can vary significantly based on the specific engine's labor requirements and the quality of parts used. replacing the spark plugs is a labor-intensive job because the intake manifold must be removed to access them, which typically takes about 2.5 to 3 hours of labor.

I decided to order the part and take my business elsewhere. The OEM catalytic converter ran me about $540 on Mazda parts and the OEM downstream cost me $140 smh the parts were $680!! These assholes tried to run up $3200 in labor cost. Needless to say, I wasted 192 bucks on a diagnostic for them to do nothing. I went to the mechanic up the street who told me to get OEM parts first (02 sensor) and that would likely fix it smh he told me this for free smh Talk about putting a bad taste in your mouth, I hope this place goes out of business. Oh, and they couldn't even drive my car up to the front like a normal repair shop smh I got my steps in but I thought what terrible service.

The transmission was still under warranty from the previous Eagle mgmt. Ken Henson and his team completely overhauled the entire transmission and did everything possible to restore it to perfect working condition, rebuilding/reinstalling multiple times. They were unable to find a suitable Valve Body for this classic vehicle and had to make do with what they had. Eagle worked tirelessly to rectify the problem; I don't know how much money they lost on this situation to try to honor the repair work from the previous mgmt, but I was very impressed and grateful for their diligence and integrity to take care of us. I would highly recommend Ken and the current Eagle team for my transmission needs.

I had it towed to Eagle Transmission in Denton. They told me at the time that I should bring my car back in a year and have the transmission checked. I went in there yesterday in the same rude guy was there and told me they don't look at transmissions unless there's a lifetime warranty. I told him that's not what you told me a year ago and he said yes it was. So rude! I don't know how this guy has a business he treats people terrible. I'd rather spend $7000 more thangive him one more dime of my money. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!
