I walked in and asked if I could schedule a few repairs on my bicycle and they were happy to accommodate my request, however when I asked if I could drop my bike off on the day of the appointment I was informed I would have to leave the bike with them at the time the appointment was scheduled. It would have been well over a week before they could perform the Minor Maintenance. I ride almost daily and did not want to leave the bike sitting in a shop for a week on the shelf. I asked if I could drop it off the day prior to my appointment and again the answer was no. They would not make any adjustments or changes to the policy. I've had service on my bicycles for over 20 years at different bike shops around the US and never had an establishment not work with me or try to help. They just outright didn't care.

The store sets along the old main drag of Augusta, MO with many other buildings of yesteryear. When you enter the store, you will be greeted with a smile and lots of great treasures. I was there for over an hour and bought a beautiful reverse painting and an antique urn. The prices are right and the service is second to none. The next time that I'm in the area this great little shop is on my list for a visit.
